ELOQUENCE FROM AN EVERYDAY CITIZEN

I was reading a post at American Thinker by Matt Holzmann a while ago on whether or not it would be possible to bring RICO charges against POTUS and the Administration.  If only.  I brought up the same prospect some time ago regarding Al Gore.  He fraudulently acted to extort money from the American public, so it seemed a "no brainer" to me.  Of course the RICO charges were never brought.  I would say the same thing about Bill Clinton.  He most definitely has defrauded the American taxpayers with his executive orders based on Agenda 21 / Sustainable Development.  Which was completely unconstitutional.  Obama has followed suit and doubled down on that one.  Now we are stuck in the middle of White House and State Department mob actions finally being revealed to the American public.  Rampant and deep mob actions.  And going back quite some time.  Funny how another Clinton is involved.  Real funny.

But I digress.  As I read through the comments on the article, I came across this one (below) from a guy named Radioman 777.  I just had to post it.

Any socialist party, but particularly the truly malignant ones (i.e. Communist or Nazi parties), operate in exactly the same manner as any organized crime ring, from La Cosa Nostra to the Crips, Bloods, Latin Kings, Gangster Disciples, Hells Angels, Bandidos... You get the idea.
- You have to hang around for awhile before becoming a prospect.
- Once you're a prospect, you have to put in work (i.e. ratting on your neighbors, running errands, etc.)
- At some point, there's a defining act that cements full membership (murder, in the case of gangs, but not exclusive to them, or turning in someone for anti-Party activities and testifying against them)
- Once in, you can only leave feet first ("Blood in, blood out").
- To move up, you need to take out the guy above you.
- Your gang (Party) claims territory or property to which they have no title.
- The entire purpose of the lower echelons is to funnel money upwards to the leadership.
- The gang/party affords itself luxuries by depriving those outside the organization. They accomplish this primarily through terror.

So, is the BHO administration a criminal enterprise? Using terror to coerce the general public to go along with their agenda? They used the IRS against conservative organizations, use the DOJ to intimidate the press, turned loose criminal illegal aliens to frighten the public, so that would be a check. They funnel taxpayer money to dubious enterprises in order to get kickbacks to be used for personal and politican enrichment; in effect, this is embezzlement on a grand scale. The entire cabinet and czars are those that have already "made their bones" in the international socialist movement, so the membership aspect of the organization is satisified. There are a lot of other criteria that could be discussed, but this is sufficient to prove they are a continuing criminal enterprise.

Radioman 777 is right on target.  He says embezzlement...I would add extortion.  Socialists do operate just like organized crime.  We have a Constitution that, if adhered to, would have prevented this.  Now we have a DOJ that is part of the organized crime syndicate, so what justice will we possibly achieve?   The entire syndicate is gradually being stripped naked and exposed to the American public.  Now what?

THE INCOMPETENCE EXCUSE - I'M NOT BUYING IT

How many times over the last decades are we going to hear from Washington leadership, especially in the Executive Branch, that they "didn't know" or it was some underlings fault?  I wonder how long the American people are going to get scammed with those excuses before finally waking up.  There is a basic and simple reason for these pleas of incompetence from perpetrators of criminal behavior.  You don't go to jail for incompetence or lack of knowledge.  You do go to jail for intent and deliberate illegal acts.  Possibly you could go to jail for negligence, but not nearly for the same degree of punishment as if clear intent was proven.  You don't go to jail if you can show that the act was committed by some rogue employee and you knew nothing about it.  Uh huh...and my Aunt Sadie was the Queen of Sheba.

Let's look at incompetence, just for the sake of argument.  We are all so tolerant these days of fallibility.   So and so "didn't mean to do it."  So and so was just a weak person and fell into a circumstance so and so could not handle.  Poor so and so.  O.K., that might work for a youngster who needs guidance.  But we are talking about the supposed cream of the crop at the upper echelons of leading our nation.  How much slack are you willing to give these people after they have landed in the most powerful positions in the nation?  A lot of these folks are graduates of the nation's top law schools.  If you want to pretend they are incompetent, you surely are kidding yourself.  Some incompetence could be applied, but not at the highest levels and that alone is reason to remove them from their positions.  Do you really think all of this amounts to incompetence at this point?   And when incompetence meets malfeasance, how much of this is this nation going to tolerate?

"But judge, but judge, I didn't have a clue that would happen!!!  "No, judge, I didn't know anything about that!!"  "But judge, now that I see there is a problem, I'll make sure it never happens again!!"
"And after all, what difference does it make????"  "Yes, judge, I'll start an investigation and get to the bottom of it!!"  "Whether it is legal or not is irrelevant!!"  "It must have been that awful and repulsive video!"  What?  You say the AP was wiretapped??  "Oh, no, I didn't know anything about that!!  Oh, wait, I remember now!" "That was a national security issue so we had to do it!"  "But judge, it was just some low level employees who didn't know any better!"  "Yeah, that's the ticket!!"

The truth is they have gotten away with this "can't remember," "I didn't know," what difference does it make," schtick for so long now that they can't imagine it won't work again and again.  Because it has.  I guess it is too much to expect that the guilty liars would admit their culpability.  Nope.  You have to pin it on them and make it stick.  I sure hope that is what we will see happen next.  What do you want to bet that Valerie Jarrett is vacationing somewhere in Iran about that time?

How much smoke burns your eyes and throat before you recognize there is a fire?  And how much evidence do you need to accept that there is an Communist arsonist in the White House, propped up by sycophants and funders who hate America?  The thing of it is, the POTUS and his surrounding fellow travelers know very well the crimes they have committed against the United States..and they know if they are prosecuted for those actions, jail time at least is on the table.  So pleading dumb is the ploy ....

If you can't cry...you might as well try to laugh....Obama Denies Role in Government

WASHINGTON (The Borowitz Report)—President Obama used his weekly radio address on Saturday to reassure the American people that he has “played no role whatsoever” in the U.S. government over the past four years.
“Right now, many of you are angry at the government, and no one is angrier than I am,” he said. “Quite frankly, I am glad that I have had no involvement in such an organization.”
The President’s outrage only increased, he said, when he “recently became aware of a part of that government called the Department of Justice.”
“The more I learn about the activities of these individuals, the more certain I am that I would not want to be associated with them,” he said. “They sound like bad news.”
Mr. Obama closed his address by indicating that beginning next week he would enforce what he called a “zero tolerance policy on governing.”
“If I find that any members of my Administration have had any intimate knowledge of, or involvement in, the workings of the United States government, they will be dealt with accordingly,” he said.

 "Yeah, that's the ticket!"

ALL THE KINGS HORSES AND ALL THE KINGS MEN...

Thinking out loud here today.
Are we finally seeing the fall of the Humpty Dumpty and his rotten ovate kin in the White House?  There are enough shards of broken egg all over the administration's faces, surely there are enough rational and legitimate people left in positions of power to take this bunch and throw them to the garbage disposer where they belong.  ??  One can hope.  The wheels grind too slowly for me.  The lies started with the 2008 campaign and have continued and escalated since, ever increasing abuses of power, the bodies are piling up ...including the four fellow Americans in Benghazi.

Are there enough Americans left to clean up this mess?  And enough to put the ship right again?

The way I see it, some of the crimes might have been political, but the intention was worse than that. This is not Watergate, which was entirely political. That's why today's White House scandals make Watergate look like cupcakes, comparatively.  This entire scene before us since 2008 is not just about party politics at all.  From the beginning, the whole ball of wax has been about ripping the nation to shreds, foundations and all.  The Clinton's and the Obama's have both been at this and succeeding for twenty-one years now.  The machine behind them has gathered a fortune to speed them on their way.  The groundwork is laid to martyr Obama in such a manner that the poor uneducated voters who got sucked into his spiel just might hit the streets and burn the place down.  Then what?  Martial law?  We are almost there already.  The plans and equipment are in place.  You can't look at all this administration has done and deny they have been preparing for that all along.  Treachery towards Americans is in the background.  You can bet on it.

C'mon Barack and Hillary.  Neither of you have plausible deniability. You keep selling.  I'm not buying.

Who will get thrown under the bus this time?  I'm so sick from seeing Obama stand there and blame everyone else for what we all know he has orchestrated. Just some low level employees?  Yeah, sure.  That's it.  He'll turn this show into a political nut grinder, where it's all the Republican's fault.  Remember all those years ago when Hillary said there was a "vast right wing conspiracy?" Looks like O took his cues and learned his lessons well.

I just hope to heaven there is no Gerald Ford sitting in the wings who will pardon this bunch.  Oh wait, there is Joe, the Schmo, Biden who will do just that if history repeats.  Notice how he has stayed on the sidelines from each of these scandals.  Skirting the edges, but proposing the same nasty government control over everyone.  Yep...we are in for a skating performance.  The O's and the Clinton's skating off to their own vast fortunes and speaking engagements for the rest of their lives.  Are Chelsea's campaign coffers filling up already?   Planning ahead is what these people do.  Even if we do get this criminal mob out of DC, this is not the end of the fight for America.  We are in it for the long haul.

Stayed tuned....

P.S. Can we free that poor schnook who is jail for a bad video yet?  I mean....really.  Parole violation?  Hmmm....more like taking the hit for the big O - H and their lies.

P.S. Does arming our enemies through a gun running operation into Syria and other countries in the Middle East count as treason?  Just asking....silly me.

("B")ENDING BUSINESS IN THE NORTH CAROLINA LEGISLATURE

Below is a letter to the Editor that I just sent to our local paper.  If any of my readers are in North Carolina...please take this information and contact your State Representatives and Senators.

(UPDATE:  This bill was defeated on May 15 in the NC House, but was referred back to committees for review at a later date.  So while we were able to defeat this madness two years in a row, it is likely to show up again sometime in another future session.  Vigilance is required!  But my thanks go to our good representatives who voted this down this time!)

To all of my business friends in Gaston County, you are about to be squashed by the General Assembly in Raleigh if you don't step up and stop them.

There is a legislation making the rounds in the committees that sets up C Corporations and S Corporations for a big fall.  The legislation is enacting something called the "B Corporation."  This is a supposedly "new" corporate designation that sets up a "different" model for doing business.  Why do we need that?  We don't.  But "B Corporation" has deep pockets and expensive lobbyists who are selling this to our legislature with all sorts of cool sounding propaganda;  like giving out tax breaks for "B Corporations" who use low flow toilets, or hire enough diverse minorities, or upfit their buildings to be "green," or sell "green" products, or ...just about anything that the B Corporation folks think satisfies their own agenda or criteria.  The "B Corporation" website states the idea is to give companies a "new" way of capitalizing on doing "social good," such as Social Justice and Environmental Justice.  We already have environmental laws, social programs, and a legal structure that is supposed to provide for equal protection.  The "B Corporation" would create yet another system of regulations affecting whether or not your company is allowed to operate on a capitalist model of profit making.  According to "B Corporation," the profit motive is greed, therefore, you must conduct your business for "the social and environmental good."  According to "B Corporation," doing business as a capitalist provides NO social or environmental good."  How do you like that, Mr. or Ms. Businessperson? Your business is just not measuring up!  Nope.  You just aren't "good" enough.

Who is "B Corporation?"  Funded by the Rockefeller Foundation and the Aspen Institute, the founders of "B Corporation" are very wealthy and successful capitalists who decided to get wealthier by creating a system where you have to go to them to get "certified" to qualify as a "B Corporation."  Their certification comes from another arm of "B Corporation" called "B Labs."  So they get fees for certifying businesses who want to become a "B Corporation." They even have set up their own bank and created a stock exchange category just for "B Corporations" to lure their investors.

Why is that a problem?  Well, for one thing, the Secretary of State of North Carolina is in charge of determining business classes in our State, not some outside group of unelected people.  Why would the legislature want to take that power away from the Secretary of State?  Bad idea.  Then you have the tax manipulation problem.  While not in this bill as yet, the stated goal of the "B Corporation" is to get States to provide extra tax breaks to companies who pay "B Labs" to get certified as a "B Corporation."  Should the State of North Carolina give special tax status to "B Corporations?"  What happens to the C Corporations and the S Corporations in that scenario?  This is happening elsewhere already.  Philadelphia has put "B Corporations" in the front of the line for all government contracts.  If you are a C Corp. or an S Corp. go to the back of the line.  And that is just what the "B Corporations" are selling....big advantages for themselves over our normal, traditional, business model.  This doesn't work unless you have State legislatures and elected officials cooperating with "B Corporation" to implement their scheme.  Once "B Corporation" is adopted by our State legislature, it is just a hop, skip, and jump to put the preferred status for bids and taxes into the mix.  The well-heeled lobbyists know this and their mouths are watering at the prospects.

Charities will be hurt by this as well.  Why give voluntarily if the State of North Carolina is giving tax breaks to "preferred" businesses who do supposed "social and environmental good?"  Not only that, but the consumer would be financially supporting this scheme by purchasing goods and services from State sanctioned "B Corporations," not by choice of charity, but by the act of purchasing something they may need.  The taxpayers lose by the State handing out more tax breaks to favored "B Corporations" while the rest of the taxpayers carry the extra tax burden on their shoulders.

This legislation has made it through two committees already.  If you agree with me that this is a very bad idea for North Carolina and for the business sector here in North Carolina, please contact your representatives and tell them to vote against the "B Corporation."  And do it quickly.  Time is of the essence.

A MAJOR DISCONNECT FROM THE PAST TO THE FUTURE

Somewhere between the devil and the deep blue sea, there is truth.

Today a friend of mine, who home-schools her children, received an invitation to the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, NC for a home-schoolers' Fall celebration. (See promo below) The theme?  What else...but "Sustainability!!"  The irony of seducing children into a "celebration" of self-imposed deprivation, but holding the celebration at a massive home that represents the grand success of capitalism, is a stretch of the imagination....don't you think? Actually there is a trend of wealthy foundations funding the indoctrination of children to not aspire to the high measure of success that built those foundations. Google that.  You'll find thousands of them.  The irony is beyond description.

If you have never been to the Biltmore, you have missed seeing a glorious example of architecture and landscape from the heady days of our growing economy in the late 1800's and early 1900's.  The Vanderbilt fortune built this place for family enjoyment, entertaining, and to house a collection of beautiful art and history pieces.  I loved to go there years ago. Truly, it is gorgeous and one of my favorite places in North Carolina. Now they are pushing the "Sustainability" ideology to tourists and as you can see, students.  They have also wrecked part of the landscape with a large section of solar panels.  It's a shame.  Et tu Biltmore?

Almost every day another friend of mine sends me copies of email invitations he gets for LEED green business symposiums for "Sustainability."  Wherever you look, the word " Sustainability" shows up on advertising, products, school curricula, foods, energy bills, real estate, and more.  Are you sick of it yet???

I wonder what the human condition is that causes a herd of people to stampede toward self-destruction.  A word, "Sustainability," has become a drug fix for something so obtuse, stupid and wrong.  What would cause a person to allow a faux  religion based on nonsense restrict their ability to live as prosperously as possible.  Granted, we have seen cults commit suicide, so there is something to this. I am watching an entire society jump onto a death wagon, and doing so with such misguided enthusiasm as to not be believable.

I observe the people promoting the ideology of shrinking life expectations are some of the most wealthy.  Those same people are hardly living what they are preaching.  They are not shrinking their own life expectations.  But they sure are happy preaching this nonsense to children and the poor mental midgets with good intentions who want to buy into something that will make them "feel good." What makes a person feel good about telling the rest of society that they must lower their life-styles?  Instead of telling our children they should shoot for the moon and become as successful as they can, Common Core is telling our school children they should feel guilty about living, procreating, and using resources to support their lives....they MUST be "Sustainable."  They are separating our children from the future guaranteed in the Constitution, the American Dream.  And using the false doctrine of "Sustainability" to do it.

In case you think I am saying everyone can own a Biltmore Estate, that is not what I am saying.  But I am saying it is very wrong to tell children they can't even aspire to the mid level success of suburbia.  That is what "Sustainability" teaches...that the "affluent middle class is 'unsustainable.' "  Check Maurice Strong for that quote.  What are we doing to our children?  Do I want to go give Biltmore my money to tour there anymore?  No.  Don't use my money to wreck our children's futures.
