POTUS WILL FORCE YOU TO BUY INDULGENCES - PERPETUATING THE MYTH OF CLIMATE CHANGE

In the Middle Ages the Catholic Church sold "indulgences" to their parishioners on the premise these indulgences would save their souls.  This indulgence system tried to put the Church directly between a Christian and Christ, the Church placing itself as the arbiter of eternal suffering.  The Catholic Church was a very powerful ruling elite in Europe at the time and, as with all power structures that get too big for their britches, this power structure became corrupt and led to the Protestant Reformation.  The greatest movement for Protestant Reformation came through the efforts of Martin Luther.  (I think it is no coincidence that Martin Luther King, a man who preached that individual character should matter most, was named after him.) 

Somehow the United States government has been taken over by an elitist ruling class who wants to define your sins and force you to pay indulgences to this ruling class through taxation and regulation.  The first thing you need to know is that "we, the people" have not granted this kind of power to the ruling class in this nation. We are not supposed to have a "ruling class," because we are each sovereign individuals who are to rule ourselves.  The second thing you need to know is this ruling class is so greedy for your money that they are making up fictional sins just to feed their theft and fill their coffers.

The thought about indulgences has been coming to me gradually as I followed the writings of Michael Creighton regarding the use of environmentalism as a false religion...and on down to today when I witness the the ruling elite perpetrating mass guilt through propaganda.  There is nothing new under the sun.  The concept of indulgences has not gone away, but has continued to be used by political tyrants over the years. Cap and Trade is nothing more than a system of indulgences, meted out by a ruling elite, forcing everyone to pay for, in our modern day case, mythical sins.

Many of these evangelists attempt, not to explain the science, but to scare the population into believing, through dire warnings that we face some kind climatic Judgement Day. Indeed if they are to be believed then we are already seeing signs of judgement because of the sin of burning fossil fuels.
Floods, hurricanes, droughts and famine are all blamed on man-made climate change and more is to come if we don't clean up our act we are told. One would have thought, listening to the doom mongers, that such disasters had never happened in the history of mankind until some Pandora-like figure had the idea of burning the energy out of coal and oil.

Last year energy companies in Britain announced that they would be raising household energy bills, partly so that they could fund the government's climate change and social policies. In addition to paying this compulsory tithe to the church of climate change through their energy bills, sincere believers can also purchase an indulgence for every time they take a flight by paying extra to offset their carbon emissions.

While in Berlin last week, our illustrious POTUS announced that he will push hard to stop Global Warming.  Uh huh.  Someone needs to catch this guy up on facts.  Oh, but that wouldn't work because facts don't matter to a tyrant.  Power is what matters to a tyrant.  And Global Warming, falsehood that it is, provides another tool to steal from some and enrich the privileged others.  There, in Berlin, on a world stage with bought-off press reports, the POTUS manages to announce he is going to steal and pillage on the ruse of saving the planet?  His method of stealing involves indulgences that he plans to make you pay in order to live.  Your energy prices just "necessarily" skyrocketed.  You will be building his Church to Gaia, which frankly I don't think he cares about at all, but those who are paying for his ride want the money.  What POTUS wants is "reparations."  This just provides a tool for him to get what he wants...plus, the revenge he seeks against successful liberty in America.  None of this is about saving the planet.  All of it is about making the United States citizens pay indulgences for mythical past and / or current sins.  

Reparations is not the word used any more for this...since those in power realized the American people weren't buying into that.  They don't use the word "indulgences" in society any more either, but I think that is the word we need to start throwing back at them.  Forced indulgences.  Pay up or else.

I googled a search for POTUS in Berlin on Climate Change...and a top spot came up for "Organizing for America" with a link to barackobama.com  The subtitle says this: "Hold climate deniers accountable: Join us and help Congress get real.‎"  Cute, no?

And if you think this guy means well, read this quote from his speech:    

“With a global middle class consuming more energy every day, this must now be an effort of all nations, not just some.  For the grim alternative affects all nations – more severe storms, more famine and floods, new waves of refugees, coastlines that vanish, oceans that rise. This is the future we must avert,” Obama said.

“This is the global threat of our time.  And for the sake of future generations, our generation must move toward a global compact to confront a changing climate before it is too late. That is our job. That is our task. We have to get to work,” he said, according to a White House transcript.

Take that you horrible global middle class.  You better stop consuming energy.  He is hellbent on shutting you down.  Who does that leave?  The poor and the elite...no middle class.  That is the plan and you need to get that into your heads.  That is what rulers do...create a slave class to prop up the ruling class.  

My question is:  Do we have to let this madness continue until we are all indentured slaves?  Or do we start the reformation all over again?  The reformation has begun.  Not the "transformation."  The Reformation.  Spread the word!

The sale of indulgences was a byproduct of the Crusades in the 12th and 13th centuries. Because they risked dying without the benefit of a priest to perform the appropriate ceremonies, Crusaders were promised immediate salvation if they died while fighting to "liberate" the Christian holy city at Jerusalem. Church leaders justified this by arguing that good works earned salvation, and making Jerusalem accessible to Christians was an example of a good work. Over time, Church leaders decided that paying money to support good works was just as good as performing good works, and it evened things up for people who were physically incapable of fighting a Crusade. Over several centuries, the practice expanded, and Church leaders justified it by arguing that they had inherited an unlimited amount of good works from Jesus, and the credit for these good works could be sold to believers in the form of indulgences. In other words, indulgences functioned like "confession insurance" against eternal damnation because, if you purchased an indulgence, then you wouldn't go to hell if you died suddenly or forgot to confess something. 

FROM BENGHAZI TO THE BIMBO BAKERY - YOU CAN'T MAKE THIS STUFF UP

I'm tempted to write nothing but Benghazi reports until forever, until the Traitor in Chief is brought up on charges of treason.  I'm not a war or military reporter or expert, so I'm a bit handicapped in that area of expertise.  That said, I am disgusted and appalled by what our so-called president and his staff have done to those men who lost their lives in Benghazi...and further disgusted and appalled by the media who are covering for the liars in the White House.  My son is career military.  Fortunately he is not on the front lines in a war zone right now.  But it takes nothing much for this military mother to make the leap into the shoes of the families in that circumstance.  The thought is never far from my mind and heart. 

I'm on board with defense.  I am not on board with appeasing enemies.  The deliberate orders to stand down and not even try to protect our Ambassador and the other three brave men who were trying to save him is, without a doubt, the most despicable action by a Commander in Chief that I have ever seen.  The underlying information we are getting about arming Al Qaeda in that area ...gun running for our enemies, needs to be in front of Congress investigations immediately and exposed to the American public.  

There are those who are promoting this Traitor in Chief as great for America's foreign policy.  The media is touting that as a selling point for the election of Obama. Who, in God's name, are they kidding?  Tell that to the families of the military who have been sacrificing their lives for the sake of appeasing our enemies.  Tell that to those 4 families who just lost husbands, sons, brothers, and fathers.  

Benghazi is the truth about Obama.  He hates America.  He will do nothing to defend America.  He should be brought up on charges of treason...post haste.  I hope God is running this show, because I am just not understanding the compliance of media, idiots, and sycophants in this nation.  Is there a lesson being learned here?  I hope so....

Now to the local news.  Our newspaper does it again.  On the front page of the Hometown Section we are celebrating a bakery business for GREEN initiatives.  And to make it all the more delicious...the name of the bakery business is....you won't believe it...."Bimbo Bakery."  Yep.  I can't make this stuff up.  Here's the scoop  So Bimbo Bakery is putting in a cistern to gather rain water....and then using the rain water to sustain a small garden plot on their property.  All of this is to supposedly save the world from rain water runoff that is killing the planet.  Really.  I'm not kidding.  This brilliant idea is brought to us through ....yep, you guessed it....our tax dollars in government agencies.  North Carolina State University and the Gaston County Cooperative Extension office are advising the owners of Bimbo Bakery to prevent storm water runoff by gathering water with a cistern and watering a garden right there at their business.  WOW.  Can points and awards be far behind?  Next we will see the CEO of Bimbo Bakery at the local Chamber of Commerce awards ceremony and the Mayor will be handing out ribbons!!  

Meanwhile, the same newspaper has not one word on Benghazi.  Not a word.  Zero.  Zilch. Treason in the White House and the newspaper skips that little tidbit of news, but provides nearly half of a front page to the Bimbo Bakery Green Initiative Project. 

Who are these people and what are they doing in my country? 

SINCE WHEN DID CLIMATE SCIENTISTS BECOME THE GODS OF THE COPYBOOK HEADINGS?

Take a deep breath and close your eyes. Think back a few years before the daily onslaught of climate crisis headlines. Were there some tornadoes or floods now and again? Were there hurricanes and snow storms? If you weren't in the direct path of these acts of God, were you able to go on with your life?

As long as I can recall, people have been very adept at overcoming the elements. Heat, light, and shelter at the top of the list of giant accomplishments of mankind. (add mechanized farming equipment and smarter crop management, not to mention transportation. ) I grew up in a colder clime from where I now live. Ohio in the '50's and 60's was COLD. I remember my parents buying an electric under-sheet for my bed so I wouldn't freeze at night. I remember ice-skating on ponds. I don't remember people being hysterical over weather events, but vigilant and hard working to overcome what the planet could do at any given time. I remember people being helpful and compassionate to people in areas hit by storms. I remember our family stories of a river flooding my great-grandmother's house up to the second story. The hardship of efforts to save what furnishings they could and the triumph of no one dying; those stories stick with me today.

Fast forward to the age of hysteria today. Who caused this mass hysteria?

It has long been common knowledge that bloody frightening headlines sell. The media industry has long operated on the idea that people love to be scared out of their wits or love to read about mayhem. So take a public figure who is predicting the collapse of the world, á la Al Gore, and the mainstream media sees that as $$$ signs for selling to the public. Who wants to read that Mr. Smith down the street was able to pay his heating bills this month and therefore his family lived comfortably for the last 30 days? Who wants to read that there was a bumper crop of vegetables this year? Or that dairy products have given us stronger bones and teeth than any other generation in history? I suppose that is just too boring for anyone to care. But send out the doomsday purveyors of climate hysteria and sales are booming.

The latest news of one of the Climate Scientist Gods is revealing. FEBRUARY 20, 2012: Earlier this evening, Peter Gleick, a prominent figure in the global warming movement, confessed to stealing electronic documents from The Heartland Institute in an attempt to discredit and embarrass a group that disagrees with his views.

The real crisis is moral, not Climatic. It always has been. That someone would sell their soul to tell lies and deceive in order to further the Climate Hoax should wake up even the most devout, Kool-ade drinking, sycophant. The moral collapse is a two sided coin. You have to have the weak minded in order to sell the lies. It takes both, the corrupt liar and the weak-minded believer. The hope is the weak-minded believer wakes up and realizes he has been duped, therefore turning away from the liar. And I might add that there used to be an ethical responsibility element in the profession of journalism, at least to some to degree. Perpetrating lies to the public should be viewed as fraud. (I think it used to be so.) Somewhere along the way, journalists stopped worrying about fraud. Now we see that Climate Scientists have also stopped worrying about fraud. Peter Gleick.

But who decided to make Climate Scientists the Gods of the Copybook Headings? The media is culpable. They sell mayhem, even when there isn't any in this case. The media LOVED this ongoing crisis story, allowing the well-paid Climate Scientist liars to lead the charge. I still see it nearly everyday in the papers, laying guilt trips on the masses for ruining the planet. The Climate Hoax needs to die a miserable death. Preferably at the hands of a truth squad. It is entirely false political ideology, not Climate Science. It always has been fraud. I look forward to the prosecution of all who have perpetrated this fraud upon Americans and the World.

"The important question is how much effect does burning fossil fuels have on the temperature of the earth? The following is simplistic but makes a lot of sense to me. The average temperature of earth is 59 degrees. Carbon dioxide is 5% of the greenhouse effect so 5% of 59 degrees is 2.95 or about 3 degrees Fahrenheit. All of the carbon dioxide in the air keeps the earth 3 degrees warmer than if there were none (5% of 59 degrees). The human component of the greenhouse warming is 3 percent of 3 degrees or 0.1 degree Fahrenheit or one tenth of one degree. So our contribution to the total greenhouse effect is very small. The large exchanges of carbon that take place in nature dwarf the human contribution and will continue to do so in the future.

Most of us in the developed world, who have heating and cooling systems in our homes and workplaces, try to keep our environments at a temperature that enhances our productivity. If it's too cold, people tend to become uncomfortable and wrap up in bundles of clothing that impede their mobility and make them unproductive. If it's too hot, people are drenched in sweat, collapse from the heat, or suffer from lethargy. Optimum temperatures for human productivity, depending on the activity, would seem to be between 64 degrees and 75 degrees. Keeping these temperatures reliable for our living and work environments requires burning fossil fuels. Fossil fuel burning has created the most productive civilization in the history of the earth.

As yet, solar and wind energies are methods that take more energy to create than they produce. They are inefficient and cost much more than the market will bear. They are cumbersome, expensive, and the return on investment is a negative.

For over one hundred years, there have been people publishing dire warnings about either global warming or the return of another ice age. These prophesies have been batted back and forth like a tennis ball. About every 10 to 30 to 50 years, someone comes up with a new doomsday climate scenario to make people think the end is near. The difference this time around is that powerful and wealthy players have discovered a way to soak the public on the premise and used our tax dollars to indoctrinate innocent school children into their scheme. The catastrophe we face this time around is not climate related, but from the economic disaster global warming promoters are using to redistribute wealth, wealth into their own pocketbooks.

The Obama administration is full of climate catastrophe enthusiasts who are busy in the EPA regulating higher energy costs to the public. More than that, they are implementing energy starvation policies which are making our energy more expensive. As demand goes up, Obama creates a scarcity of supply, which in turn makes our prices go up. The Obama campaign was financed by individuals, corporations, and investment banks who are counting on raking in billions from carbon offset trading and regulations. Back scratching seems to be one of Obama's favorite pastimes...besides golf, that is.

As your energy costs at your home and business climb into the stratosphere, and the winter temperatures continue to slide down into the coldest winter we've seen in 100 years, you might want to ask yourself, "What was that global warming fee for reducing carbon emissions attached to my bill last month?" When you go to the gas station and find your wallet is five pounds lighter, you might ask yourself, "Why is the EPA shutting down Texas refineries to lower carbon emissions?" And when your eyesight fades from those dim and dangerous mercury bulbs you were told you must use to "save the planet," you might want to send the opthamologist's bill to the White House.

Baby, it's cold outside. And if you still believe in man-caused global warming, you just might want to do some more research and relieve yourself of the sins you have not committed towards the planet. You might have a list of other sins, but ruining the planet from heating your home, driving your car, or using incandescent light bulbs are not included in that list. Take a hot bath, pour yourself a nice hot toddy, crank up the furnace, order a pizza delivery, turn on all of the incandescent lights, put a good movie in the DVD player, and relax. And when the bills come in for using all that nasty carbon energy, thank President Obama for increasing those bills in order to save 0.1% of carbon dioxide which will have little to no affect on the planet at all.

I wonder if his children and grandchildren will be downsizing and living in huts with peat fires to keep warm. Do you suppose his children only use compact fluorescent light bulbs? What sort of cars do they drive? I wonder if the Gore fleet of private jets is being sent to the compactor for scrap metals. Yeah, European Socialism....now there is a great way to live. By all means....let's follow the Obams into the abyss. Great idea!!

Remember those old stories from grandparents who said, "I walked five miles in the blinding snow to get to school." Now we will have grandchildren saying they walked miles in the freezing dark to save the planet. They will be asking their parents (that's us), "What was it like when you had air-conditioning in summer and warm houses in winter with beautiful lights to read by??" "What was it like when you got to drive carpools with five other kids in a mini-van to go to school?"

French Revolution! Carbon tax ruled unconstitutional just two days before taking effect

This new French carbon tax was scheduled to go into law on Jan1, 2010. The tax was steep: 17 euros per ton of carbon dioxide (USD $24.40). In a stunning move, and surely a blow to warmists everywhere, the tax has been found unconstitutional and thrown out. Originally found here (Google Translation).

Lord Monckton was kind enough to assist me in deciphering the meaning of the ruling and writes:

In France, if at least 60 Deputies of the House and 60 Senators appeal to the Constitutional Council, it has the power to pronounce on the constitutionality of a proposed law – in the present case, the 2010 national budget of France, which contained enabling provisions (loi deferee) for a carbon levy. The Council found that these enabling provisions were unconstitutional on two grounds: that the exemptions contained within the provisions for a carbon levy vitiated the primary declared purpose of the levy, to combat carbon emissions and hence “global warming”; and that the exemptions would cause the levy to fall disproportionately on gasoline and heating oils and not on other carbon emissions, thereby breaching the principle that taxation should be evenly and fairly borne.

WHY AL GORE SHOULD BE PROSECUTED UNDER RICO LAWS

AN EXPLANATION OF THE RICO LAW

The specific goal of RICO is to punish the use of an enterprise to engage in certain criminal activity. A person who uses an enterprise to engage in a pattern of racketeering activity may be convicted under the RICO criminal statute (18 U.S.C.A. § 1963). An enterprise is defined as "any individual, partnership, corporation, association, or other legal entity, and any union or group of individuals associated in fact although not a legal entity." A pattern is defined as "at least two acts of racketeering activity, one of which occurred after the effective date of [RICO's passage] and the last of which occurred within ten years … after commission of a prior act of racketeering activity." Racketeering activity includes a number of discrete criminal offenses, such as gambling, bribery, extortion, bankruptcy fraud, mail fraud, securities fraud, prostitution, narcotics trafficking, loan sharking, and murder.

While Al Gore is not the only offender who should be brought to trial on these charges, I am using him as the main protagonist of the case. Fraud and extortion are the two main offenses here that apply. Now that the "hackers" have released the emails from the scientific organizations that #1. Prove the science on Global Warming is a fraud, and #2. Show without any doubt that scientists were manipulating data to protect their own revenue streams, we can proceed with the prosecution of all of those who have perpetrated this fraud on the public. Not just the American public, but the global population as well.

I have never bought into it. I don't know that I am soooooo smart that I could see through it, but I have lived long enough to recognize a scam, especially one as transparent as this one. I am old enough to remember the "ice age" hysteria in the 1960's which never came to pass. I watched as that particular nonsense switched to "warming" instead of "cooling" just to grab some more followers. I watched as a close relative funneled whatever money he could to the Sierra Club and every other environmental organization because he was so sure that made him a better human being, it made him feel as if he was part of some great cause that was going to "save the earth." He bought into the Zero Population hysteria, too, and never had any children because of it. For a while he went into the "vegan" lifestyle because he bought into the idea that animal protein was bad for us. This relative died at 59 and was miserably grouchy through most of his time here. He was perennially mad at everyone who was successful, prosperous, and lived large. He blamed every human and would call himself a "pimple on the ass of the earth," because of the horrendously dismal articles he would read. In his world it just wasn't fair that some people were happily living their lives while he was totally convinced that the world was ending any time now. I look upon him and his life as a very sad case of indoctrination that ruined his life. Think about that while you are thinking of the indoctrination of our children going on in the past few years. How are they impacted by lies and distortions that make them think the world is doomed and it is all their fault.

But back to the RICO violations. It is a major crime to defraud the government of money. It is a major crime to extort money from the public. What would you call it when the U.S. government is being scammed by Al Gore and groups who are grabbing tax dollars for "green" jobs??? What do you call it when the text books being taught in the public schools are lying to school children to support a scam?? What do you call it when complicit media outlets on the take such as MSNBC/NBC - GE purport lies to enrich their parent corporation? By virtue of the size of the money pots going towards this "Global Warming" hoax, this is, without a doubt, the biggest fraud and extortion plot that has ever been exacted on the planet.

Alas, Eric Holder, the social justice boob who is now in charge of our legal system, is not going to go after Al Gore. No....he is too busy going after the circus trial in NY just to try to drag the CIA and the Bush Administration through the mud in public.

So I'm just engaged in wishful thinking again....wishing that some really big fish would fry for their crimes against us. If you or I created a ponzi scheme or a way to scam the public with snake oil, we'd be in chains in some federal prison for the rest of our lives. I'm wishing...."Thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven." Let justice win this one. And thank God for those "hackers."

P.S. As for my not buying into this scam in the first place....Somehow or another I was given the gift of "Doubting Thomas." It didn't help me out much in math classes when the formula was static and I had to figure out some simple addition, subtraction, or division problem. Instead I would sit there and ask, "Why?" I can only imagine the frustration my teachers must have felt when faced with such a belligerent student. My grades were not stellar, but my curious mind did not let me down. Asking "why" is not such a bad thing when faced with such an arrogant salesman as Al Gore. When someone is pressing you to buy what they are selling, telling you to buy it really FAST, and giving you a line of BS, you can pretty much tell there is some other agenda going on. This Global Warming / Climate Change / Cap and Trade / stuff has so many red flags that a simpleton could see it is a scam. How the public has gotten so mesmerized and indoctrinated into this is beyond the scope of reasonable belief. But there you are...it is what it is. We have our work cut out for us to deprogram a whole lot of zombie-bots and get their brains working again.

Having said that, even if it were, you can see that Americans are not the evil culprits of life-damning actions that the Climate Changelings would have you believe. Basic elementary knowledge.....seems to be missing from our country these days. Let's go back to grade school for just a few minutes, shall we?? Does anybody remember the lessons of how plants live on carbon dioxide? We exhale carbon dioxide and the plants lOVE it! The more carbon dioxide on the planet, the GREENER the planet is. This transfer is called PHOTOSYNTHESIS. IT's A GOOD THING!!!

Definition of PHOTOSYNTHESIS: The process in green plants and certain other organisms by which carbohydrates are synthesized from carbon dioxide and water using light as an energy source. Most forms of photosynthesis release oxygen as a byproduct.


Evidently Obama and three generations of Marxists in charge of our schools have convinced children to learn a lot about social engineering, sex ed, and lies regarding Global Warming....INSTEAD of learning about PHOTOSYNTHESIS. There is a reason Obama, and his buddies, Al Gore and Carol Browner, want stupidity to reign supreme. If people are too stupid to know the laws of PHOTOSYNTHESIS, then these guys can control every amount of human activity and make g'zillions of EXTORTION bucks in the process. Stupid people voted for EXTORTION. And now we will all be marks....ahem....I mean Marxists.

You Thought You Knew The News?

Vociferous voices on the left over the last several years have ranted and raved about the so-called corruption of profit making capitalistic ventures, as if the idea of making a living from a profitable business is evil consort with the devil. Those "evil profiteers" are just the scourge of the earth, as portrayed by such people as the Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi, who recently proclaimed the insurance companies as "evil" for making profits. (Her family net worth is somewhere between $15 and $55 million USD. and she owns shares in energy co's. which will gain "profits" under the Cap & Trade bill.) How many times over the past several years have you heard the main stream media and congress bash the oil companies for making "profits?" (Fact you should know: Oil companies make .13 per gallon while government makes .58 per gallon in California. In other words, government is making 16% profit with no investment, while oil companies are making 3.7% profit and making all of the investment.)

The voices on the left want you to think that they are taking the "profits" out of government and decimating those dastardly special interest groups who "profit" from government. They want you to think they are doing this for your benefit. This is a blatant lie and I blame journalists for throwing away their ethical obligation to bring you unbiased news reporting. But journalists have been bought out. In fact, the whole category of main stream journalism has been completely usurped by leftist profiteers and their message has become so corrupt that the public is sitting there in the dark, not knowing whom to believe.

So who is corrupting journalism while making profits from news which lies to the public? I would point to the most obvious perpetrator, GE, who owns MSNBC. By lying to the public to get Obama elected, GE is getting government contracts and various other gratuities to build green energy facilities and make huge profits from the government. Great, you say, because that must be better than Haliburton making money from wars. If you say this, you are missing the point. The point is, you were lied to in order to insure another segment of government is playing the corporate corruption game. On the one hand, Haliburton was outsourced by the U.S. to defend the nation. On the other hand, GE is outsourced using public money to make your energy prices higher and higher. You may not care about defending the nation, but do you care if you are lied to in order to enrich a corporation to make your energy prices unaffordable? The Cap and Trade energy policy, benefiting GE, will just make life harder for everyone, including the poorest among us who won't be able to pay the higher energy prices. Your high and mighty environmentalist arrogance just made poor people even poorer. And you just made a corrupt deal with the devil, journalists on the take, who lied to you. Did MSNBC explain that to you?

Yet another example of who is behind this journalistic bombast of lies is a profiteer couple named Herbert and Marion Sandler. You may not have heard of them because they are part of the "behind the scenes" funding operation behind the Democrat / Socialist Party. The Sandlers are former CEO's of Golden West which they sold to Wachovia for $26 billion USD. They personally made around $2.4 billion from the deal. The subsequent near failure of Wachovia is blamed by analysts on the Sandlers mortgage policies which mirrored the failed policies of the CRA (Credit Reinvestment Act). The Sandlers made their billions from the Fannie and Freddie government policies constructed by the left with your tax dollars. Recently the Sandlers have donated to and operate a non-profit journalistic venture called ProPublica, supposedly an investigative journalism organization. They have committed $10 million USD to ProPublica and Mr. Sandler serves as chairman. The Sandlers are major donors to the Democratic Party and are top funders of ACORN, MoveOne.org, the American Civil Liberties Union and other far-leftist groups like Human Rights Watch. Along with George Soros, they are among the top three contributors to the Democrat Party.

So what, you ask? The Associated Press has announced that it is allowing its subscribers to publish, free of charge, work by ProPublica and three other leftist organizations. 1500 American newspapers are subscribers to AP. Folks, AP used to be a respected news source. Now AP has decided to give you more left-wing bias and more unethically bent reporting by people who are Socialists. Why would you believe anything you read in any AP report from this day forward? You know from the outset that it is coming from the Democrat Party, Soros & Co., John Podesta, MoveOn.org., ACORN, and others who have no interest in ethical reporting in journalism in America. Their interest is in twisting the truth to make you believe their lies. Their interest is in eliminating the United States Constitution and national sovereignty, replacing it with global interests and your taxes going into their pet projects from which they make "obscene" profits from our government policies.

Oh, and that sweet fella, Al Gore? He is just saving the planet for you and your children, right? He left the congress with under $1 million USD in 2000. He is now worth in excess of $120 million USD , thanks to MoveOn.org (brought to you by George Soros and the Sandlers) and the media reporting his lies on Global Climate Change, formerly known as Global Warming, formerly (way before that) as Global Cooling. His connections to MoveOn.org are common knowledge. Now do you see who is "profiteering" from our government and your taxes? Now do you see who is lying to you to further their own selfish agenda? And do you really think this is some altruistic, utopian, Democrat Party who is just doing such great things for you and your life? Can you believe AP? Hmmmmm....I don't think so.

So while you are wondering why the media is attacking Sarah Palin and Rush Limbaugh, ask yourself why? An uninformed and misinformed public is the best friend of the left. Live it, love it, eat it for breakfast with your morning newspaper. Read Marx's "Communist Manifesto" for lunch. And read Alinsky's "Rules for Radicals" for dinner. Read George Orwell and Ayn Rand before bedtime. Keep the U.S. Constitution with you at all times. You will see things a lot clearer. Unless you are lazy and you really don't care what disasters are lying ahead for your children.

Announcing a New Business

I've decided I should open a new business. After all, I like to make money just like the next guy and, being an enterprising sort, I can follow trends just like the best of the sheep.

So here is my business plan:

I own an acre of land with a good stand of trees; oaks, poplars, maples, dogwoods, redbuds, and a couple of gorgeous magnolias. I plan on keeping as many of these trees as I can over my lifetime and hope to bequeath this magnificent property to my heirs. These trees house a lot of birds and squirrels, provide shade, provide flood runoff protection, soak up lots of carbon dioxide, are home to some bugs and bats, provide perching access to hawks and doves, etc. Because of "Global Warming," now also called "Climate Change," my trees are an extremely valuable asset to the world.

Now, you need my trees to protect your world that is collapsing (no doubt) from over-development and the dastardly carbon dioxide that is (no doubt) going to kill you and your heirs. In fact, I can convince you of this idea by circulating such information to the public schools and through the media. I will bribe scientists with government money to support my idea. So you will be convinced that you need me to keep these trees. I intend to protect these trees. You can't live without me. I'm now really important to you.

This is the bargain: You, the citizens of Gastonia, pay me to keep these trees. I'll be establishing a payment plan based on your guilty lifestyle, i.e."carbon footprint." I might even set myself up as a non-profit if necessary (a la the Lands Conservancy groups), but for now I am planning to make profits. I'll call your payments "carbon credits." You get a tax deduction for paying me to keep the trees. I get a subsidy from the complicit politicians to maintain the trees. So I get to make money from you and the government. I'll be so rich that I will never have to go on the public dole, so your benefit is doubled as well. It's a win win for everybody, right? I get rich and you get to live.

Furthermore, I plan on expanding my business as my profits grow. With my profits I will buy more land with trees in other areas of the city, county, state, and across the nation, even the world. And, because marketing is imperative, I will use the profits to make a movie about how you will die if you don't support my business. You'll be quaking in your shoes with worry over how you can't live without me. I'll be known as the hero of trees. I'll get a Nobel Peace Prize and an Oscar for my movie. And, the whole time, you can pat yourself on the back for supporting such a noble cause.

So there it is. My new business is announced. I should really copyright or patent this idea, lest some conniving schemer in our midst decides to steal my idea.

Uh oh...stop the presses. I'm a day late and a dollar short with this business plan. Imagine that. My great idea has been in place already for years by one of the greatest con artists who ever lived. Guess I'll have to go back to the drawing boards and think of some other business to pursue. Thanks for your time and kind attention.
