DEVOLUTION BY DESIGN - DE-INDUSTRIALIZATION BY GREEN-EYED MONSTERS

“Today’s debate about global warming is essentially a debate about freedom. The environmentalists would like to mastermind each and every possible (and impossible) aspect of our lives.”

Vaclav Klaus
Blue Planet in Green Shackles

I wonder how it happened that some people woke up one day and decided that using energy to power our lives is a bad thing. That is what has happened. I sit here with the lights on, in my climate controlled house, typing away on my computer while my clothes washer is running, and wondering why some people think energy starvation is a good policy. I have never been anything but grateful for abundant and critical energy supplies. Those same people who despise energy will never do without light and heat and hot water or a car to take them somewhere. Yet they demonize energy sources and usage as if the masses are the blood suckers of the world for having affordable energy. The technocrats have figured out how to syphon buckets of money from the masses in so many ways for using energy, my head spins from trying to count them. Are we headed for the dark ages on purpose?

First, what do you call punishing people (with higher prices) for using energy while at the same time refusing to maintain and increase the energy infrastructure? Energy starvation. And what do you call it when you figure out how to profit from misery? Diabolical.

The American energy grid is not being expanded. It is being designed into something else; a device for controlling users of power and massively reducing the power available. Germany could be a lesson in what not to do, but our leadership is not listening nor caring about the consequences of energy starvation policies.

Energy Starvation Policy in Germany
"Energy prices are rising and the risk of power outages is growing. But the urgently needed expansion of the grid, as well as the development of replacement power plants and renewable energy sources is progressing very slowly. A growing number of economic experts, business executives and union leaders are putting the blame squarely on the shoulders of Merkel's coalition, which pairs her conservatives with the business-friendly Free Democrats (FDP). The government, they say, has expedited de-industrialization."

"The price of electricity is moving in only one direction: steeply up. For the Krefeld plant, the cost of a kilowatt hour of electricity has tripled since 2000."

"And there is no end in sight. When Merkel's new energy policy was introduced last year, says plant manager Behmenburg, planning for the future became virtually impossible. Behmenburg says that it is impossible now to know what will happen to the supply situation and the price of electricity in the coming years."

The entire article from Al Fin is a good read for anyone concerned about what lies ahead for our future.

Today, first thing this morning, I heard an abomination coming from the mouth of Art Laffer who said, to my disgust and shock, that we should start taxing carbon." For God's sake. I can't help but wonder who got to Art Laffer on that one. He's lost his mind or his moral compass....or both. I could not believe my ears. Who has promised him boatloads of money for selling his soul? This comes at the same time, Senator Inhofe has declared Cap & Trade dead forever. (Well, maybe Congress will not approve it, but it is being done anyway through totalitarian federal agencies.) So, one man tells us we can stop worrying about taxing carbon at the same time another one, who is supposed to be a Reagan conservative economist, comes out and says we should tax carbon?

Whiplash.

We are heading down a very dangerous path. Green energy is a killer. The higher energy prices due to these starvation policies, the worse economic shape we will be in, more unemployment will come, costs for basic necessities will squeeze more people into poverty. And this is supposed to be saving the planet? For whom?

Green is the color of death. Death of economies. Death of peoples who will not be able to afford energy. Death of industrialization, therefore jobs. Death of affordable goods. Death of affordable services. Death of freedom of mobility.

All by design.

WHICH IS IT... HOT OR COLD, MR. HOLDREN?

For those of you who don't know me, here is a bit of personal information. I have had the distinct experience of having a brother who, in the 1970's, believed with all of his fiber that there was an impending ice age. He got this information from the writings of John Holdren, Obama's current Science Czar. He also got this information from Newsweek magazine. This only brother of mine passed away in 2002, going to his death bed believing in the Global Warming (Al Gore) catastrophic predictions. In other words, whether it was the coming ice age or impending doom from warming, whatever the latest environmentalist prediction of disaster was, my brother was buying it. He went so far, as a young man of 24 yrs. in the 1970's, to have a vasectomy because, he said, the world was coming to a bad and catastrophic end with food shortages, over-population, environmental disasters, e.g., so he was not going to bring some poor unsuspecting child into such a horrible world. He was continually pessimistic, had problems with depression over the years, off and on became a vegan, gave tons of his meager earnings to the Sierra Club and Mother Jones, ranted about the unfairness of the world, loved to watch snakes eat mice, talked often about moving to Seattle to be with "like minded" people, etc. You can only imagine the conversations between myself and this brother of mine. He has been gone now nine years, yet I can still hear him ranting on about those bad polluters of the pristine world...meaning people in general. He sometimes would refer to himself as "a pimple on the ass of earth."

It wasn't fun being related to this guy. I often ask myself how in the world did he and I come from the same parents and grow up in the same house. So when I hear what the current crop of environmentalists are doing and saying, my ears perk up and I remember what my poor brother thought of life because of them. The funny thing was, he was not stupid. He was a very accomplished photographer, photography being his chosen career. But even that wandered off into the "outsider" art category at times. He enjoyed taking photographs at inappropriate times just for the shock value. I guess he was my close up and personal lesson on how radically inverted the mind can become regarding Gaia worship and such. It makes me sad still.

Anyway, enough about my brother, may he rest in peace. The point is that there have been crazy claims made by utopian environmentalists who blame humanity for everything and anything that happens in the world. If it's cold, they blame humans. If it's hot, they blame humans. The smart ones, like Holdren, know very well they are lying. They just see catastrophic environmental predictions as a tool to control people. Cass Sunstein, who wrote the book, "Nudge," is another one. So, maybe it is time to take a look at merely forty years ago and what the dire predictions were:

Newsweek's 1975 Prediction of the Coming Ice Age

"Newsweek has now acknowledged that in 1975, when it screeched wildly about "ominous signs that the earth's weather patterns have begun to change dramatically," it was referring to global cooling, which has since gone the way of the white polyester leisure suit.

Unsurprisingly, it was human pollutants that threatened to plunge the planet into icy ruin. The reason the gloomy predictions didn't come about, we are asked to believe, is that clear-air laws — no doubt inspired by Newsweek's civic-minded journalism — reduced the aerosols that were supposedly reflecting sunlight back into outer space."

Climate Depot Reports on Ice Age Claims This site has a list of several of the predictions from the '70's on the coming ice age. Included below:

1976 Book: "The Cooling: Has the Next Ice Age Already Begun" By Lowell Ponte - Excerpt: "This cooling has already killed hundreds of thousands of people. If it continues and no strong action is taken, it will cause world famine, world chaos and world war, and this could all come about before the year 2000."

In those days it was all about aerosols. Spray your deodorant and you are killing the ozone layer. Your refrigerator and air conditioners were worse. Today, the same fear mongers are using lies about Global Warming to justify spraying toxic aluminum into the skies to "cool the planet."

These days our government is enlisting geoengineers for the purpose of planned spraying of the earth with...wait for it.... aerosols / aluminum sulphates and aluminum shields, to block the sun's rays. Documentation of Chem Sprays from aerial tankers

California Chem Trail Spraying

"John Holdren, the director of the president’s Office of Science and Technology Policy, told an audience at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology on Monday that, “Large-scale geoengineering projects designed to cool the Earth could conceivably be done.”

Below is a link to a seven part video documenting the story of chemtrails and spraying already affecting some areas of the world...including John Holdren's own words.

So, which is it Mr. Holdren? Are we going to freeze to death due to human caused pollution? Or are we going to die of the heat caused by human pollution? Would it be that you are busy creating, geoengineering chemical sprays, a human caused pollution to freeze the earth, which would by coincidence fulfill your first prediction? Or are you sticking to the story that humans are heating the planet so you must approve of spraying aluminum particles to cool the planet?? No matter which way you go, you are blaming humankind for doing something you don't like? Or is it that there are too many of us and you just want to make sure to get rid of a few unnecessary humans to purify the earth??

And, on a personal note about my brother, Mr. Holdren. You sure screwed up at least one person's love for life. How many others?

Take a look at this video a fellow Tea Partier named Matthew Ridenour found. This should make Mr. Holdren very happy.
