I hate to sound like a one note samba, but everywhere I look at Obama's policies, there stands a network of Communists / Socialists / Progressives who have not just infiltrated our government and culture, but that they are funded by Soros and other Communist activists, all of whom hate America. My research leads every time to an elite group of very wealthy manipulators who are taking America down. For those who think they are remnants of the 1960's protest groups or the do-gooders who like to sing Kumbayah (better yet, Lennon's "Imagine"), I want you to know what has taken over our country is not some kindly, sweet, collectivist, utopian, group of Nuns. If you voted for Obama you need to know just how dangerous and thuggish he and his cronies are. If you know that already and still voted for this....you don't deserve to live here. If you love Communism so much then why don't you get yourself, your family, and your buddies on the next plane to Bejing and stay the hell out of America. If you love Mao, Stalin, Castro, and Che so much then march yourself down to Venezuela and spend some time with Hugo Chavez. If you want to ruin your own life, go right ahead.....but stop wrecking our America. It isn't yours to wreck..... it belongs to patriots who believe in the U.S. Constitution.

This is going to be my last post for a little while. There are so many bloggers and websites who are doing such a fantastic job of exposing the Marxist lies of Obama and his cronies, that I am not sure my small voice is adding anything to the din. I read so many articles all day and concern myself with writing this blog, that I am missing out on my painting and various other necessary tasks.

When I began this blog I felt that America was not getting the message of just how dangerous Obama, Soros, the Progressives who have infiltrated our country, and the Socialists in Congress are. I think that word is getting through now, thankfully, so my small contribution is maybe not as necessary as I thought it was.

The president of the United States loves "useful idiots." They are his lifeblood. Without them he has no one to manipulate and fool. He lives to lie to them. It's his favorite game. It is his forte. The State of the Union address on Wednesday evening was a perfect example of his double speak, contradictions and outright lies. And if he came right out and told the truth of who he is and what he stands for, the majority American public would have fought hard against him and never even thought of pulling the lever for this guy. So he turns people into "useful idiots," which keeps his act on the stage.

This is why it is so important that people keep doing the research, listening to the voices of freedom, and speaking out against the tyranny of the left. The middle class are the lifeblood of America, the America Obama hates. We stand in his way. We don't like liars and thieves. We especially get mad when someone wants to tear down our country and tear up the Constitution. We will hang tough and eventually rid ourselves of this scourge, but it is going to take a lot of hard work and some time to undo the damage.

I may post occasionally, now and then, but not so regularly as before. Meanwhile, please keep up the fight and keep reading the sites that give you all of the truth behind the scenes.

UNCLE SCREWTAPE = OBAMA'S STATE OF THE UNION

C.S. Lewis (1898-1963) wrote a great book called "The Screwtape Letters." The book is an exchange between Screwtape, and experienced demon, and his nephew Wormwood, who is an apprentice devil. The letters are written by Screwtape advising Wormwood on how to manipulate a human patient. It exposes the workings of a devious creature on his methods of mind control over a human being with an illness who is trying to find strength in a seriously difficult situation.

This is what I thought of this morning as I reflected on Obama's lengthy lying speech last evening. "The Screwtape Letters" and Cloward and Piven, who happen to be the embodiment of Uncle Screwtape in our contemporary moment of difficulties. I don't know if I have personally ever seen a president who is more condescending or who speaks out of both sides of his mouth more than this one. He is either completely stupid (which I doubt), or he believes this country is made up of dumb schmucks who will swallow anything. If you think of our America as the ailing patient looking for help and strength to overcome near fatal afflictions, and if you see the lies that Obama tries to perpetrate on the citizens of this country, you will understand why I thought of that book.

The double-talk is deliberate. The obfuscation is deliberate. The insidious, smarmy, condescension is intolerable. The connections to past slides into hell are obvious. The nods to Hugo Chavez, Che Guevara, the Muslim radicals, the Unions, the anti-American left, are telling. The dishonoring of our country is disgusting at least, impeachable at most. The coddling of terrorists is dangerous. The micromanagement of individuals is unacceptable and criminal. The destruction of free markets and corporations is fascism. The ideology of this president is so anti-American that he might as well be speaking from Nazi Germany in 1939. All we fought against, from the 1700's revolution through WWII, has come to reign terror on our country from within.

Our citizens are aware of this insane monstrous lie that is our president. (I just can't make myself capitalize that word today.) The question now is what can we do to protect ourselves from him and his henchmen? I would advise waiting it out and praying to God for protection. I still advise the prayer part, but I sincerely advise we begin doing all we can to spread the word, work for candidates that can stop this coup, and thwart this administration at every opportunity. It is going to be too late to save the ship without immediate and drastic moves from the electorate, from citizens, from patriots, from us.

In closing, I want to thank C.S. Lewis, George Orwell, Ayn Rand, Thomas Sowell, Walter E. Williams, Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, John Stossell, (all other messengers of freedom and truth) and especially our founding fathers who gave us a blue print for freedom and life. Hang on folks. The roller coaster is going down at the moment...we can pray it is going to go back up sometime (sooner rather than later).

UNDER THE RADAR = WHO TOOK 550 BILLION OUT OF THE MONEY SYSTEM?

Please take a few moments and watch the 6 minute video below! Listen carefully to what Rep. Paul Kanjorski has to say about the financial crisis during the election of 2008. The video was made in Feb. 2009, but you haven't heard this in the mainstream media.

I don't know if you remember the circumstance just before the election when McCain went flying away from the campaign, back to DC, to address a money crisis while Obama acted cool and said he didn't need to go back to DC because he could stay in touch electronically. The crisis was no big deal to him. He could walk in at the last minute, look like Mr. Aloof and sign onto whatever Bernanke, the Fed, the Treasury, etc. were recommending in the way of borrowing boatloads of money to get us through the crisis, putting America so far into debt we are likely never to get out of it.

This was long ago....over a year ago, but the demeanor of Obama during that time stays with me. The actions of McCain appeared at panic level, while Obama just swaggered his way through it. People took this as "cool-headed" calm in the face of disaster. It was interpreted as leadership quality.

There is no doubt in my mind that someone(s) created that crisis to throw the election. No doubt whatsoever. And there is no doubt in my mind that Obama knew exactly what was going on under the radar on his behalf and had no reason to get his shorts tangled up because it was all planned for his power grab over the government of the United States.

The media, of course, had shushed the story (the under the radar behind the scenes story) because it was all playing into the mainstream media leftist utopian dream of a socialist America. No expose, no in depth search as to what in the devil happened, nothing but trashing McCain and "oh look at that cool Obama." "Isn't he just the type of leader we need?"

So folks, only twice since then have I come across a hint of what that financial crisis was all about. Below is a video from C-Span from February last year that tells you someone(s) was/were sucking as much money as fast as they could out of our banking system in the fall of 2008 before the election. My guess is Soros and his fellow Socialist billionaires were the perpetrators under the radar. My question now is what could prevent this from happening ever again? Another question is will we ever audit the fed? As long as there are forces with that kind of power over our government, We the People are at their mercy. We are pawns in a very high stakes chess game. All of the people who are out of work and who are defaulting on mortgages and who have lost their retirements can thank George Soros and his buddies, thank the Carters, Clintons, Bushes, and Obama for wrecking the middle class and making the poor so much poorer. Socialism is just great isn't it ? (Remember this; Socialism is a two tiered system made up of a few powerful rich and the peons. There is no middle class in Socialism. AND REMEMBER THIS WHILE OBAMA GIVES HIS STATE OF THE UNION ADDRESS THIS WEEK. )

CLASSICAL PROGRESSIVISM VS AMERICAN EXCEPTIONALISM

Absorbing the news each week has become an overwhelming task, even for those of us who are avidly interested. So much "you know what" has hit the fan this past year that freedom loving Americans can hardly know where to look to find solace. And believe me, readers, that was the goal, i.e. throw so much at the public at once that they will not have time and resources to fight back. "Hide the decline"(a la Climate-gate) ,and hide the bills (legislation we have no part in), hide the truth behind the mask of crisis management blamed on previous administrations. It takes a lot of time and research to discover the underlying truths and schemes going on, and we are finding them in spite of complicit and propagandizing mainstream media outlets. The majority of our citizens truly do not have the time, take the time, or do the research to find out the sources of the propaganda and lies. What we have now in power in the Federal government is classical progressivism. Progressive is a term that is defined by socialism, communism, fascism, and centralized power.

Slow and methodical over the last century was the march of socialists / communists / fascists / progressives / collectivists / liberals (they have so many names it is even hard to keep up with that), until Obama's election when the gears went into overdrive. Over-reaching is much too kind of a term to place on what has become a coup to completely over-throw the Constitution of the United States. Prior to now it has been incremental, the slippery slope, the inch by inch erosion of unalienable rights. Like a slow developing disease, they have gradually weakened the main body of country, so as now the disease can just finish it off in big bites at a time; socialized health care, energy restrictions, political correctness, executive edicts without the consent of the governed, continual reductions of property rights, illegal immigration - amnesty, etc. The centralized power of the Federal government is in full tilt, while individual rights to pursue life, liberty and happiness are becoming a distant dream. Communitarian ideology is the stepping stone to complete tyranny and, God forbid, you should speak out against this tyranny for you will be ridiculed, called a racist bigot, called an extremist, and a selfish uncaring undeserving idiot.

Well, I'm over the name calling and the mockery. And I have discovered the elitists who are trying to pull off this coup in the United States are a growing but still minority of ideologues who belong somewhere within the confines of other historical tyrants / tyrannies such as the failed states of Nazi Germany, Stalin's reign in Russia, Mao's communist elimination of millions of people, Castro, and countless others. You see, the policies of our current administration are just the same, though they try to cloak them in words that don't apply to real life or facts or historical truth. That is what tyrants do. They gain power by convincing a lot of people who don't know history to jump onto their corrupt repetitions of historical failures. They either marginalize or eliminate the opposition. They use words like "reform," "change," "hope," "power to the people," "diversity," "social justice," "sustainability," "believe," economic justice," "let me be perfectly clear," man-caused disaster," etc. You get the gist. Now, if you don't go looking behind the scenes at the players and find out what they mean by these platitudes, you will not have a clue what the real agenda is.

The fact is that over the history of civilization, America is the exception to all of the failed governments and tyrannies which have come and gone. What makes America different is the "consent of the governed," and "unalienable rights granted by God." We the people are supposed to hold the power over our own lives, not Barack Obama or Nancy Pelosi or Harry Reid, or any of the appointed Czars who are regulating without our consent. They do not own the power. It would be laughable that they think they do, except the situation is now too dire to be funny. American exceptionalism represents the true "progress" over the tyrannies of the past and present, yet the Obama administration wants to use the word "progress" to downgrade America into the abyss of centralized governmental tyranny over us. The propagandized use of words is confusing to a population who has not immersed itself in the study of history enough to understand what is being foisted upon them.

Our country has been under assault for over a century now from "progressives," by whatever name you wish to use. We have only held them back by snips and bits, as they ever so gradually took away our God given liberties. But now they have a shot at the whole pie, thanks to an electorate who didn't do the research, was lied to, and didn't understand what was at stake. The 2010 elections are an opportunity to once again stick some fingers in the dike, but it is going to take a whole lot more effort than that to save the great exception that is our America.

OBAMA'S SUBVERSIVE GOVERNMENT BRINGS SHAME ON AMERICA

The word popped into my mind this morning, one I hadn't thought of for a long time. The word was "subversive." I'm not a typical name-caller and I don't usually go by labels, so I don't go around looking for platitudes to define people. I was actually surprised the word came to me. I looked it up. And I found this from Webster's dictionary online:

tending or seeking to subvert, overthrow, or destroy (an established government, institution, belief, etc.)

The next thing that came to my mind was Barry Obama standing there last year saying, "We are five days from fundamentally changing the United States of America."

Subversion was the goal all along. Shame on those who didn't see that. Shame on the voters who didn't take the time to research or pay attention to the aspirations of a subversive candidate. Shame on those who voted for this man deliberately to do this to our country. Shame on our political process that turned up two bad candidates. Shame on allowing Acorn to fraudulently skew elections. Shame on the Congressional Black Caucus who are dyed in the wool communists. Shame has been brought to America by subversive elements who have rigged the system and are systematically taking down our Constitution.

It's January 2, 2010 and all I can think of is, shame has been brought to America by a subversive posing as President of the United States of America.

OBAMA MONEY

I have not written this past week because I have commissioned paintings I am working on and, also, the bad news is so prevalent that I find it difficult to choose which subject to discuss. So today I am just checking in to tell a short story.

This week I delivered 8 paintings to a gallery who represents my work. The gallery owner is a very nice lady who I like personally. Her gallery is in what used to be gorgeous, century old house, now in a Historical District, that belonged to a prominent family here in town in the early 1900's. Besides my works she carries 6 or so other artists' works and the quality of art is high. But here is the rub. With ownership come responsibilities. And this lesson is evidently missed by the gallery owner. She always laments the condition of the building she owns, which is terribly in need of repairs....but the next sentence that comes from her is that she wants to find a "grant" to do the work. She moans it will take thousands of dollars. But had she kept up with it over time, the maintenance would have been incremental, instead of what is now monumental. Now she would like to use other people's money to fix up her own property. Eventually that is what might happen, after she is dead and her children sell the house to the Historical Society and the government grants come pouring in. But for now it is in dilapidation and like an old woman whose parts are giving out, one by one. Holes in the ceiling, furnace on the blink, paint chipping off everywhere, carpet that is rolling under your feet with age.

As we discussed the economy and business ownership, I mentioned to her that the government is going to take an even bigger chunk of her money between Health Care and Cap and Trade. At which point she looked at me as if her brain just left town, eyes wide open, but blank. She shook her head.

I said, "You know, I just think people had no clue what they were voting for in this past election." And then....she parroted the mantra...."Well, we HAD to have change!!" "We HAVE to HAVE Health Care."

O.k....there's my story. And that is what we are stuck with. The blank, uneducated view of one with eyes glazed over who never spent a second to study an issue critical to her citizenship or her business. I'm starting to think that people like this should never vote in an election. Not that I can stop them....but for crying out loud, what future can we have with this kind of negligence??? She is taking care of her voting privilege the same way she takes care of her property.....NOT AT ALL. Somebody else will do it, I guess. We'll have Obama money...you know the "stash."

I just could not resist this....just discovered by me a few minutes ago....H.L. Mencken says this:

Being an only semi-educated twit, I have not had the privilege of studying Mencken. Curiosity sent me to look into his biography this morning and the quote above is what I found. Just had to share it with the rest of the "plain folks" out there. I guess he saw this day coming......Hmmmmm..... I'll go back to contemplating my navel now.

WHEN EXTORTION BECOMES THE LAW OF THE LAND

I'm tired of double-speak. I'm tired of lies. I'm tired of pretenses put out there to dupe the less sophisticated populace. I'm tired of complicit media. I'm tired of people who are too lazy to think things through claiming they think the government knows best. Let's call the folks in this administration exactly what they are...EXTORTIONISTS.

Think about the classic mafia story. A guy owns a store on Main Street. He is successfully doing business. The mafia decides to take over Main Street. Mafia don hires some thugs to rough up one of the store owners and threaten the store owner's family and business. Mafia don hires another guy in a nice suit who stops by to say he will be happy to "protect" the store owner "for his own good," and allow him to keep his business open for a few c-notes "donated" to the Mafia. The store owner says he's not keen on giving up his money because he needs it for his own family. The mafia don says, "That's fine, but if you don't hand over the dough, we'll take you down." The store owner has no choice and capitulates. Or the store is on the front page news the next day, having burned to the ground. Or the store owner is found in the street bludgeoned to death. Or the next time the store owner takes his family to the nearest Trattoria, the mafia guys come in with guns blazing and the family is found on the bloody floor with a dozen holes put through them.

Got it now? You hand over the dough or you're a dead man. You hand over the dough or we won't support you. You hand over the dough or you are out of business. You hand over the dough or we will ruin you. Think banks, car companies, insurance companies, and health care. Not greedy enough, the Mafia is now going after energy companies, the internet, radio and newspapers. Our government has become the Mafia.

Welcome to the Soviet Socialist Republic of Amerika, where the government bureaucrats are now using mafia tactics to take over every aspect of American life. The states are being roughed up and told to comply or else, despite the Tenth Amendment. Corporations are being taken-over with stolen money from the tax-payers and told what to pay their executives, what cars to manufacture, what loans to make, and what energy they can use to conduct business. Persons, doctors, and insurances companies are being told to pay up, do what we say, or we will use the IRS to garnish your money. Pay to play politics. It's the same thing as the mafia. It's the same thing the Soviets have done to their people. It's Fascism. It's Socialism. It's Marxism. It's the Mafia.....all dressed up in politicians' cloaks.

A very smart lawyer once told me that if I were looking for justice in our courtrooms, I'd better be looking elsewhere. It was a cold splash of water in my face at the time. I was sorry to hear it.

It's time for justice, but we will have none because Obama's mafia henchman, Eric Holder is in charge of the Justice Department. The White House tries to shut up Fox News. Rahm Emanuel sends dead fish to his adversaries. Cass Sunstein, Obama's Regulatory Czar, titles his book on this mafia machine, "Nudge." Pelosi and Reid ridicule and demean their opposition to try to shut them up, all the while burdening all of us with trillions of dollars of debt. Maxine Waters threatens the oil companies, "We will socialize you." Barney Frank says he is doing everything he can to "expand the Federal Government." Obama's Science Czar writes a book on forced abortions and sterilizing people through the water supplies. Car dealers' bailouts cost citizens $24,000.00 for each car. The White House is considering "bailing out" newspapers to get their hooks into them. Mark Lloyd, Obama's Diversity Czar, says he will shut down privately owned communication companies by taking all of their operating expenses to fund "public" (read government) communications. The White House sends edicts to the NEA to propagandize Obama's agenda. Rangel laughs all the way to the Caribbean by tax evasion and gets away with it. Ezekial Emanuel and Tom Daschle both have written "cost containment" proposals to withhold medical care from the elderly and children with debilitating illnesses. Behind the closed doors sit Bill Ayers, Valerie Jarrett, Rev. Wright, George Soros, and countless other anti-American mafia cohorts. The list goes on. The plots thicken like the blood clotting on the floor of that restaurant.

It's time to take it back. I will not be happy until I see every damn one of them in orange jumpsuits behind concertina wire fences. People in hell want ice water, too, so I'm not likely to get what I need. Extortion. Now it's legal??? Very clever tool of the devil, the Mafia, and now our government.

THIS WILL NOT STAND

The simplicity of straightforward truths of the Declaration is the gift from our forefathers. Obama is nothing short of every tyrannical poser of every failed state in history. The fools who voted for this administration have both purposefully and thoughtlessly sent us into wrack and ruin. The rest of us have petitioned our government for redress and been answered in mocking insults and ridicule for daring to speak out against the lies, hypocrisy, and theft of Obama's Marxist/Socialist/Fascist tyrannical policies. The threats have been made clear to all expose him, from Ken Lewis (retiring CEO of Bank of America), to Humana, to the Chamber of Commerce, to Conservative media.

Obama is afraid of opposing voices. And well he should be. He meets every opposition with the same temper tantrum.....mockery, threats, distractions, and heavy-handed restrictions. He will take away your ability to choose your health care, to heat your home, to own your own business, to turn on incandescent lightbulbs, to travel freely, to educate your children as you see fit, to listen to the voices you choose to hear, on and on and on. He will be brought down. America will not sit still and shut up while tolerating abuse of our Constitution and our freedoms. Bullies, in the home, the schoolyard or the workplace, are no different than tyrants with too much power in government. Bullies with an entourage of sycophants, like Obama has, are called gangs, mafia, brotherhoods of thugs. Eventually, they will meet justice for their actions. People will not put up with oppression forever. Obama will be forever known has the worst President ever elected in America....worse even than Carter, FDR, Wilson....worse for our country than anyone ever put in power.

This will not stand.

ON THE GENERAL WELFARE CLAUSE

The power brokers in Congress and Barrack Obama are hell-bent on convincing the American public that they have the right to enact health care and energy mandates based on the General Welfare reference in the U.S.Constitution. As usual they are abusing their power, misusing the language of the Constitution to suit their own power greed, and twisting words to confuse an uneducated public to become dependent on the federal government in ways the founders never intended. This is tragic and a travesty against the very core of our basic rights.

The General Welfare reference in the U.S. Constitution was meant ONLY to provide support for the individual States to have national defense and provide a basis for the States to be able to conduct their own affairs. In the Federalist Papers, Federalist No. 14, James Madison wrote this: .. the general [federal] government is not to be charged with the whole power of making and administering laws. Its jurisdiction is limited to certain enumerated objects...[emphasis added] Reference Canada Free Press article In fact, the entire purpose of the U.S. Constitution, with deliberate enumerated powers, is to protect Americans from the exact oppression that the current administration is trying to impose on us. Nowhere in the Constitution does the President or the Congress have any of the powers they have usurped with regard to mandates over-riding the jurisdiction of the States.

So what recourse actions do the citizens have when the federal government becomes Jabba the Hut? At this point I'm not sure if there is recourse. Liberals/Communists/Socialists/Progressives have infiltrated most of the education system and indoctrinated three or more generations of students into the "dependent on government" mindset. 56 members of Congress are proud card-carrying members of the Socialist Party. Both Republicans and Democrats have abandoned the U.S. Constitution for the sake of buying votes and padding their own bank accounts. The corruption is massive. The Constitution has been subverted for decades and the population is now at the mercy of treasonous politicians, whose agenda is not supporting and defending the U.S. Constitution, but solidifying their own money machines and power bases.

Elections come and go. The one true thing you can say is that elections have consequences. Americans need to get smart really fast and figure out how to survive the consequences of tyranny. While we have incrementally been losing freedoms for a very long time, the current administration is wrapping us up in chains and promising to never allow us to be free people again. Your health, your energy use, your ability to communicate, your money system, your ability to move about, your opportunity to buy property, all of this is now being taken away from you and placed under the iron thumb of the federal government.

When Obama said he was going to "transform" America, he wasn't kidding. The question that needed to be asked was, "To what?" Now you know. His answer to all things is domination by federal government in all aspects of your life. The irony is that, because of very clever rhetoric, Obama convinced a lot of people that the transformation was going to return America to its original intent. The people who were fed up with government corruption voted for him thinking they were going to get a more transparent and purely American administration. What we got instead was a Chicago style mafia, complete with Communist thugs, taking over every private industry in our country. A very clever ruse indeed. He could get a Nobel Prize for pulling the wool over people's eyes, if there were one.

Your liberty was guaranteed by the Constitution, not your health care or your energy usage. "The people are the natural guardians of the Constitution," according to Alexander Hamilton. It is now up to us to defend it from the power mad in our government. Call congress and exert your natural rights to defend the Constitution. Tell them, NO NO NO on both Obamacare and Cap and Trade. If we don't stop them, the general welfare for all of us is lost.

Basic elementary knowledge.....seems to be missing from our country these days. Let's go back to grade school for just a few minutes, shall we?? Does anybody remember the lessons of how plants live on carbon dioxide? We exhale carbon dioxide and the plants lOVE it! The more carbon dioxide on the planet, the GREENER the planet is. This transfer is called PHOTOSYNTHESIS. IT's A GOOD THING!!!

Definition of PHOTOSYNTHESIS: The process in green plants and certain other organisms by which carbohydrates are synthesized from carbon dioxide and water using light as an energy source. Most forms of photosynthesis release oxygen as a byproduct.


Evidently Obama and three generations of Marxists in charge of our schools have convinced children to learn a lot about social engineering, sex ed, and lies regarding Global Warming....INSTEAD of learning about PHOTOSYNTHESIS. There is a reason Obama, and his buddies, Al Gore and Carol Browner, want stupidity to reign supreme. If people are too stupid to know the laws of PHOTOSYNTHESIS, then these guys can control every amount of human activity and make g'zillions of EXTORTION bucks in the process. Stupid people voted for EXTORTION. And now we will all be marks....ahem....I mean Marxists.

The Price of Everything, The Value of Nothing

In Obamaland, nothing is out of reach for anyone. At least according to him. Everything is available to everyone. Houses. Cars. Health Care. You want it...we can afford it, according to our messiah. So how do things get priced in an era where everyone gets everything? Arbitrarily, apparently. This year alone, the price has gone to 1.4 trillion in additional debt on our backs.

There is a slight problem with this. The value of the dollar is now tanking due to the Obama money policies. Simply stated, it's going to take more dollars to buy anything while the value of everything goes down.

So let's say you get an $8,000.00 credit (first time buyers only) to buy a house. What the house was worth just last year is now anywhere from 11 to 25% less than it was, thanks to the mortgage debacle set up by Congress, Carter and Clinton, called the Community Reinvestment Act. You just lost somewhere between $16,000.00 to $35,000.00 in value on the house. The $8,000.00 the Feds are giving away doesn't come close to what they took away from you. Furthermore, the $8,000.00 is coming out of taxpayers pockets, so not only did you lose the value of your house, but you lose the taxes going to pay for someone other person's house. And even one thing more, the $8,000.00 isn't worth what it was a year ago, due to the maniacal printing of gobs of money to supply the Federal debt.

Hmmmm...Let's take another one. You are now owners of car companies that you, as taxpayers, had no intention of buying. Your taxes are being used to build cars you will never be able to afford, thanks to the likes of Al Gore and his Finnish car company that you are subsidizing. You see, your Federal Government just granted a half billion dollar loan to Mr. Gore's Finnish car company to build a $90,000.00 sports car that will go 50 miles on a battery charge. What is the value of that to the American taxpayer? Somehow I think the value of that one landed in Gore's lap and you paid the price for it. How many $90,000.00 sports cars are you going to buy in this lifetime? The price is high to you and the value is nothing to you. Research and development? You couldn't do that in the U.S. without involving Al Gore? Political payback is expensive. This is on top of the union jobs in the U.S. car industry for which you are now paying.

Now you are about to get hit for health care. Supposedly the price of health care is going to go down, so is the stated goal. When did you last pay less money and get more for it? Walmart? Cheap goods from China? Just on the merits, I cannot imagine that anyone in this country thinks that the quality of health care is going to either be as good as it is, or go up while prices go down. This is about your personal body, folks. How much is it worth? And do you really think that taking on all of the extra people this health care is supposed to cover is going to cost less out of your pocket? Factually, this is not possible unless you diminish the quality for all of us. And, just like the mortgage credit, the money is going to come from you. Are you willing to give up quality health care to pay for poor health care for everyone? Or do you actually think you are not going to pay that price? Demand will go up and supply will go down or stay the same. How is that beneficial? That in itself usually pushes prices up, but the Federal Government wants to push prices down by artificial means, just like they pushed the demand up and the mortgage prices down in the housing industry, artificially. Look where that got us. They are in the process of creating another bubble, this time in the business of your private personal health care.

The only fair arbiter of prices is supply and demand. American success was built on this premise and has been undermined by the Federal Government incrementally for years. Obama and the Federal Government are in the business of meddling, redistribution, and paying back political constituencies for votes. These are high stakes games they are playing with your life. The value of your life and your property are being determined by insidious means that increase the price of everything and devalue all that you are and have worked to gain. Bubbles are being blown to enrich some political buddies and you are being had in the process. Just like the Cash for Clunkers bubble burst in short order, just like the mortgage crisis bubble burst after being blown up for years and years, the health care bubble will burst in the same way. And who will pay the price? You, your children, and your children's children. Quality American health care will be ancient history. This will further bankrupt our country which is already bankrupted thanks to the previous bubbles of social programs and centralized government.

Seems to me Obama knows the price of everything, but he knows the value of nothing. That's why his sales pitches sound so hollow. He is selling a pig in a poke with a very high price attached.

Propaganda as Love Letters

So Ken Burns is coming out with his PBS series on the National Parks, ironically, at the same time Michael Moore comes out with his absurd attack on Capitalism. Which reminds me of Cyrano DeBergerac.....
How did I make that connection, you might be asking?

Cyrano DeBergerac was a very adept writer of love letters. He was an unattractive man - read Moore and Burns - and he wrote love letters to convince a reluctant love interest - read America - that she should fall in love with some handsome guy - read Obama. The handsome guy paid DeBergerac to convince the lady of his flaming passions for her, thereby swaying her attentions. But in the end, it was DeBergerac who won the lady's hand. The propagandist won out. ( In the case of the love story, you are rooting for the unattractive guy to win....and it is through his words you see what his heart desires.

Literally speaking, it was DeBergerac's writings on behalf of the insincere fellow that made the basis for propaganda....by proxy....which is what we have today. i.e. Obama co-opting the NEA for propaganda, government money propping up PBS to promote propaganda for .....gee....government purposes, and then George Soros, the ultimate ugly guy, using Michael Moore, another ugly guy, undermining the free flow of capitalism to enrich....the ugly guys.

In fact, Michael Moore's movie is called, "Capitalism" A Love Story. (tongue in cheek, obviously) Burns' is an obvious "love story" about how Big Government has saved all of the National Parks from the greedy private interests and, therefore, you must celebrate that.

Hmmmmm....maybe they took that Cyrano DeBergerac a bit too seriously. In today's analogy, Obama is the attractive front man / suiter using the ugly guys to promote his cause. But the end game is the agenda of the ugly guys....and I don't think I like what the ugly guys are pushing in this fable. It sure isn't "true love." It's tyranny of big government....plain and simple.

Watch out for those ugly guys....and the pretty face in front of them.

Repeat a lie often enough.....

Well, you know the rest of that line. If you repeat a lie long and often enough, sooner or later people will begin to believe it. I think the Big O has practiced that technique all of his life. He must have.... he sure is good at it. He does it every time he opens his mouth. Now this week we have a Big O binge on the mainstream news outlets, the night-time shows, etc. He loves to lie to the public so much that you just about can't get away from him....try as you might.

Anyway, I am grabbing some great writing from a guy on Big Hollywood this time. Joseph C. Phillips writes:

"The new left asserts the noble claim that healthcare is a right. A right by definition requires nothing of anyone else except that they do nothing to infringe upon that right. To claim healthcare as a right requires more than that others step out of the way; it requires that others provide it. The rather sticky moral question of how one secures the right of one man to healthcare by violating the right to private property of another is never addressed. Instead those that question the shaky philosophical underpinnings are called evil, heartless Neanderthals that would withhold Chemotherapy from dying children. (Again the fact that our alternative might actually provide more sick children with Chemotherapy thus saving more lives is irrelevant. Intentions count more than results.)

Ohh to be a member of the new left; virtue is only one platitude away.

If healthcare is a right then certainly so must be housing, food and clothing. In order to meet all these new found rights Government must expand and so must its power. This is the new world order the left seeks.

But where will it end? If every need a citizen has, every tragic circumstance he may face – every “should not” is to be addressed by a positive government obligation we will soon find ourselves awash in government without end. We will find ourselves slaves – contented slaves but slaves nonetheless- going to the polls, still believing we are practicing something called democracy. The good news is we will be feeling pretty good about ourselves."

The word "right" has been so bastardized by the liberal / socialist / left, that it is thrown around like a frisbie just to convince people of some government entitlement that does not exist. Sadly, the uneducated are numerous enough, evidently, that many in our country are buying it. I would congratulate the public schools for dumbing people down to the point that they are clueless on the subject of the U.S. Constitution. Obama loves this. It's like the perfect storm. All things are lined up in favor of the liar.

What more can I say...except these are sad and dire times. The best weapon against the liar is the truth. But if a large number of the public doesn't know the truth.....well, there you go....

NO LEGAL CONSTITUTIONAL AUTHORITY

Just one more thing today...I keep trying to remind people that there is no legal authority for the Federal Government to involve itself into our health care. I get the 'eyes glazed over' look from people who either don't care or have no idea if the Constitution is allowing Obama or any other administration to mandate our health care. Clueless. I find this so frustrating. First, that any citizen of the U. S. is so unaware of their own liberties that they don't understand what is at stake here. And secondly, it is obvious that Congress has become so drunk with power and Obama is so arrogant that they are going to throw this down our throats whether they have the legal authority or not. So they certainly don't care. And if we don't care...where is the stop-gap?? You can bet the Justice Dept. won't stop them....with Eric Holder in Obama's back pocket, there won't be justice for the foreseeable future. And the Judiciary Branch is controlled by the Justice Dept. so we have no recourse there. So there went three branches of government that are hell-bent to throw away the most precious of our liberties, the freedom to control our own lives / persons / bodies.

The only thing left is State Sovereignty. If you can get your state to declare its rightful sovereignty, allowing no Federal Mandates to enter the state, then there may be a small chance to thwart this plot. Good luck with that. I believe Texas has either done that or is in process. And I think there may be a couple of other states doing this...Georgia being one of them.

There is no clause in Article I of the Constitution authorizing Congress to craft legislation forcing individuals to purchase insurance.

The powers delegated by the proposed Constitution to the federal government are few and defined. Those which are to remain in the State governments are numerous and indefinite. The powers reserved to the several States will extend to all the objects which, in the ordinary course of affairs, concern the lives, liberties, and properties of the people, and the internal order, improvement, and prosperity of the State.

Mr. Obama's proposal not only deprives us of a freedom to use our money as we best deem fit, and is therefore authoritarian, but it is unconstitutional as well."

How Many Czars Does It Take to Run A Communist Country?

At the last count...anywhere from 33 to 44 and climbing. Obama just can't seem to stop throwing in Marxists, Fascists, Socialists, Communists and various other anti-American despots into the White House dynasty. What really amazes me is that so many of these anti-Americans exist in our country and are being placed into positions of power before our very eyes.....and without either the Congress or the Judiciary jumping up and down screaming against this. None of these people have any Constitutional authority over our lives or our businesses, yet Obama just keeps appointing them anyway. Where is the media? Where is the outrage? Where are the patriots who will bring this to a stop? Where is the Republic?

At least one man has stepped up. Glenn Beck has literally put his career and his safety on the line to stand up to this onslaught of enemies from within. And Fox News has had the courage to air Beck's show so that America can at least see some amount of truth. Beck is not the only one out there. But mostly the other muckrakers are on the internet blogs. Oddly enough, the Canadia Free Press has more legitimate information on America than a lot of American news organizations over the past several years.

From the Canada Free Press site is just one of the enlightening articles on Obama and his czars, written by Bill Turner on September 5th comes this bolt of truth on one Czar, Cass Sunstein:

"Cass Sunstein, Information and Regulatory Czar, has also assumed the duties of Body Desecration and Organ Harvesting Czar. Cass has advocated a policy under which the government would “presume” someone has consented to having his or her organs removed for transplantation into someone else when they die unless that person has explicitly indicated that his or her organs should not be taken. Right now, as an American citizen I have to give permission, usually on my drivers license to be an organ donor.

In Sunstein’s America, my organs belong to the state, unless I lay claim to them before hand, presumably by having “Do Not Open” tattooed on my chest in big red letters."

Seriously....this is par for the course with Obama's czars. Ezekiel Emanuel is just as bad. Tom Daschle, the tax cheat who gets to do his dirty work from the shadows now, is just as bad. Carol Browner, whose identity connection to Socialists International was "scrubbed" so you wouldn't know, is just as bad. These few are just the tip of the iceberg. The White House is crawling with them.

So what does the "last straw" look like? I think it looks like this:

The Almighty Obama takes over public school classrooms and begins the subordination and indoctrination of hundreds of thousands of American children.

Between Hitler, Mao, Lenin, Stalin, Che, Fidel, Mussolini, a long line of dictators started just this way. They took over the media, the commerce, the banks, and the schools. If you had any doubt about Obama's agenda before now, I hope you can finally see the forest for the trees.

Little Red Obama books in every school child's hand....I'm sure Bill Ayers is proud of this moment. The Obama's have been very good students themselves .... of all things Marx, Engels, Alinsky, etc. All things unAmerican, certainly.

People with any amount of little grey cells out there have to see what is going on. Sadly, I am picturing a lot of little inner city kids getting sucked right into this insanity. Instead of drug gangs, they will be forming Obama's army of thugs who will grow up to smash those right-wing terrorists who believe in the U.S. Constitution. Instead of growing up dreaming about actually working to create their own piece of American success, they'll be growing up dreaming of how to kill off anyone who disagrees with the Almighty Obama. Talk about dividing up our country into factions....this guy wins the prize.

Anyway...the last straw is when you go after kids. That really should be the last straw. Innocent children should not be used as pawns for political dictators. How much more unAmerican can you get???? What kind of man uses children to his own ends? (I hope you can answer that for yourself.)

Do you send your children to school in order to do things for the President? We're all working for Barack Soetoro / Obama now? This is a far cry from JFK's "ask what you can do for your country." This is asking, "What can you do for Barack Obama."

Who Owns You?

A large sharp thorn in the leftist, radical, health care proposals brought to us by Obama's friends is the question of who owns you? This thorn sticks me in every square inch of my body as I read excerpts from HR3200 and also the section of the Stimulus Bill that handed over our rights to unelected Czars. The arrogant assumptions made in the health care bills are simply that bureaucrats in the Federal Government know better than you do about what is good for you, and that they have the right to force you into their socialist traps.

Slavery has many faces. Socialism is just another form of slavery. Period. No question. Socialism takes your person and hands it over to government bureaucrats. The blacks who are having fits over Obama and calling everyone who disagrees with him a racist are buying into slavery to the Federal Government because it is sponsored by one of their own. And if you are white and you disagree with Obama, the knee jerk reaction of the blacks is that you are a racist, which could not be further from the truth. This is upside down total insanity, the likes of which I cannot fathom. White people in this country fought for the rights of blacks. White people brought us a Constitution which acknowledges and insures the rights of individuals of any color. So why the disconnect? Does the fact that white people did these things offend blacks?

The first clue we had was the Rev. Wright who mentored Obama for twenty years. The message of Wright's church was Black Liberation Theology, a theme of irrational hate towards white people and the United States. The mainstream media played that down as if the issue was just white people being 'racist' again by complaining about that. But here we are now and Black Liberation Theology is being slammed down America's throat. How? By the Obama administration making sure that every single criticism against them is deemed 'racist.' The Obama administration is in the process of dividing America racially as much as any historical act of slavery ever did. And this time, the ruse is so clever that it is a black man in charge of the Federal Government who is enslaving people. At this point I am picturing the glee of Obama and his henchmen at the prospects of actually getting away with enslaving all of Americans for their own power mad agenda.

The obvious irony is that black people are buying into slavery. And they are buying it because it is a black bringing it on. Do they see it as some kind of 'pay back' for some fictional offense that has not taken place since the 1940's? Does this generation of blacks have a clue about how they are losing their rights to Obama's tyranny along with the rest of us? Or are they just blinded by the idea that because Obama is half black that he must be on their side? I'm sorry to report this, but no, he isn't. He is on his own side....period. He is doing what greases his bank account, inflates his ego, and gives him power. If you are black, why can't you see that? If you are black you are going to be more marginalized by Obama...but this time all of us are marginalized, whatever color. Do blacks enjoy marginalization as long as whites are marginalized along with them?? Is that the rationale?

My family and I have never participated in any kind of racist activity against black people. Yet I see that Obama's plans include punishing me, along with every other citizen in the country, by enslaving us to his socialist agenda.

This is a test, America. Either you believe in freedom for all of us, or you don't. Can you imagine how happy we would all be if Obama were in the business of protecting rights for all of us instead of usurping power from us, taking away rights from all of us, and tearing the Constitution to shreds? It is then that blacks in America could truly celebrate this man. Instead, Obama has chosen to enslave us all. A very sad turn of events, indeed.

Check Your Brains at the Door and Follow the Leader?

As I have warned you before in previous posts, the Communist / Socialist / Democrat Party usurps words and distorts them to mislead you into thinking one thing when, in fact, they are doing the opposite.

The word "Co-op" is the latest trial balloon being floated by the Obama dictatorship. They want you to think that they are backing off the "public option" and going toward "co-ops." Hmmmm....let's look at what Michael Tanner, a senior fellow at the Cato Institute, says about this cute little bait and switch:

"Supporters of government-run health care have no intention of letting the co-ops be independent enterprises that operate by the same rules as other insurers. This is not really about creating more choices and competition. In fact, Sen. Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) makes it clear, for example, that the co-op's officers and directors would be appointed by the president and Congress. He insists that there be a single national co-op. And Congress would set the rules under which it operates. As Sen. Max Baucus (D-Mont.) says, "It's got to be written in a way that accomplishes the objectives of a public option."

and further:
"If a "co-op" is run by the federal government under rules imposed by the federal government with funding provided by the federal government, it's simply government-run health insurance by another name. Opponents of a government takeover of the health care system should not be fooled."

And this from Edmund Haislmaier from The Foundry:
"However, simply slapping the word “cooperative” onto a new “insurer,” but then specifying that the government — not the policyholders — picks the board of directors (as Sen. Schumer wants), or that taxpayers will subsidize it, or that it has to pay doctors and hospitals at Medicare rates, would just be an exercise in trying to disguise a “public plan.”

Control of your health care is what they are after....and they will NOT stop until they get you on the dependent list. They will twist it, bend it, put it on a platter full of honey, call it sweetie pie, and make you eat it for lunch. Can you imagine a loan shark being in charge of your doctor, your insurance, and your decisions on what you do or do not need in the way of your personal body's health care??? Do you honestly believe that there is anyone in the Federal Government who has any interest in your personal health care???? Come on, folks. Get serious here.

In Ezekiel Emanuel's own words: “services provided to individuals who are irreversibly prevented from being or becoming participating citizens are not basic and should not be guaranteed. An obvious example is not guaranteeing health services to patients with dementia."

Fortunately these two men, who are chosen by the President to be his senior advisors, have written out their theories on just how you will be treated by the government regarding your health. Both advocate cost reductions by limiting health care to the infirm, disabled and the elderly. It is in black and white and there for all to read. This is not fiction and is from the horse's mouth. And the President chose these people entirely because they reflect his vision for you and your family...a vision I'm sure you never hear from him or his supporters in the main stream media.

While the President is out there proclaiming that he is not for "pulling the plug on Grandma," he has put the tools in place to do exactly that by government bureaucrats he chose. He can shout it to the rooftops, but he is not telling you the truth.

In case you think he wouldn't lie to you, what follows is what is in the already passed Stimulus Bill, which, in case you don't remember, he told you had to be passed "immediately" due to a national emergency. "the National Coordinator of Health Information Technology will monitor treatments to make sure your doctor is doing what the federal government deems appropriate and cost effective." "Hospitals and doctors that are not "meaningful users" of the new system will face penalties." "Meaningful users" is not defined in the bill, but left deliberately vague so Federal Government bureaucrats can decide who is playing their game or not. Your doctor has been already kidnapped by the Stimulus Bill and better be towing the Federal line, or he or she pays a fine, or loses his or her license to practice. How can you trust anything your doctor recommends when the people in charge of his or her practice are only interested in government power and money?

They want you to check your brains at the door and be the dumb sheep following along in this scheme. Is that what you want for your life and your family?
