JOHN KERRY, NANCY PELOSI, AND AGENDA 21 - 21 YEARS AGO

This past week, as I have been nurturing a couple of anti-Agenda 21 Resolutions through the process of adoption, I came across two very interesting pieces of evidence of Agenda 21 in our own government.  As my readers know, I have been going after the Agenda 21 issue for the past several years.  But I had not ever seen these two pieces of hard evidence.  One of them was a youtube clip of Nancy Pelosi, with two other congressmen, introducing the Agenda 21 Resolution to the U.S. Congress in 1992.

Twenty-one years ago, after George Bush Sr. signed onto the Rio Accords adopting Agenda 21, this nightmare began in our nation.  That was close to the end of his Presidency.  As soon as Clinton came in, he doubled down on Agenda 21, creating the President's Council on Sustainable Development by Executive Order.  The Federal government agencies were then directed to implement Agenda 21 throughout their policies.  The American Planning Association was given millions to create a "Legislative Guidebook" called "Growing Smart," all based on Agenda 21 policies.  When George Bush Jr. came in, the agencies continued on their march to use Federal money to control the entire United States through these UN directed global planning initiatives.  In spite of all of the terrorism and the ensuing wars, Bush and Congress just kept right on feeding Federal money to implement Agenda 21 across the nation.  Then, Obama was elected in 2008.  What happens?  Obama quadrupled the efforts.  He created the "Sustainable Communities Initiatives" grant program through HUD.  Not satisfied that would do it, he then created "The Sustainable Communities Partnership," tying the EPA, Fed DOT, and HUD together so that all environmental, housing, and transportation programs laser focused on Federally controlling every major population area of the United States.  Not satisfied yet, Obama then created the White House Rural Council.  This time, he figured he would capture all of the rest of the more rural and open land of the United States and bury those areas under the same Agenda 21 policies.

If you gain nothing else from this information, please realize that both parties are responsible for directing our nation's laws and regulations to comply with the United Nations' Agenda 21 Doctrine.  No treaty was signed.  The American people were not told.  The media did not announce any of this.  To this day, the media, for all intents and purposes, mocks those of us who expose this and denies there is any such thing as Agenda 21 within the United States of America.  

The two anti-Agenda 21 resolutions that I and others in my groups of concerned citizens worked on were passed.  One was presented and adopted by our local Tea Party organization.  The other was presented and adopted by the 10th  Republican District of North Carolina.  These are small steps in the right direction.  And really, it may seem a small thing, but look above at the links.  Both of those are "Resolutions," and that is how this whole thing began in our halls of government in Washington, DC. All I can hope for is this knowledge and repudiation of United Nations' Agenda 21 will catch fire and spread throughout our State and beyond to all of the nation.  We cannot stop trying.  What have we got to lose?  Our entire way of life and our Constitution, which right now is barely sucking air. 

Now, when people tell you there is no such thing as Agenda 21 in America and that it is a harmless UN thing that we don't need to worry our little heads about....show them this post and those two links.

LOOK BEHIND THE CURTAIN -CLINTON'S GLOBAL INITIATIVE FOR GLOBAL FABIAN SOCIALISM

I've been busy working here, still against that cute little Agenda 21 regional structure called "Sustainable Communities Initiative."  The County vote is tomorrow evening.  At this point, I think I have done all I can do....alerting Commissioners, getting info for them, relaying info from other elected officials in other cities, gathering support from citizens, published an op-ed in the paper.....all I can do.  So we will see what happens.  Just praying for enlightened, strong Commissioners.  Hope they don't fail us.

So onto Clinton, aka Slick Willie. His wife is no better, in fact maybe worse.  But ole Bill always gets a pass and lots of idolizing from all directions. Is anyone watching what this grinning Cheshire Cat is doing?  I've been sick to see the praise he gets.  And even Romney accepted the invitation to speak at Clinton's Global Initiative (CGI) Conference, which of course takes place the same time as the UN convenes Heads of State.  This way he can grab all of them.  Romney's speech gave me pause, to say the least.  Supporting the Global Socialists with Clinton at the helm should worry every American.   Fox News Transcript here

The CGI is Global for a reason.  Clinton has the same egotistical desire to mold the earth into his own image as Obama has.   And the image is Fabian Socialism, have no doubts.  Both of them will use whatever tools to take down America, be it fascism or outright socialism.

For example, on the list are many of the world’s most powerful media representatives, bankers, the Rothschilds etc. There are well over a thousand leading individuals on the list that are secretly funding and supporting the Clintons.

And Bill Clinton was a Rhodes Scholar for a reason.  The Rhodes Scholarship, set up by the Cecil Rhodes Foundation, is to further the cause of global socialism on behalf of the wealthy who get to rule and enjoy all of the resources they deny to others. All Rhodes Scholars have to show promise of that goal in order to qualify.  Nice.

If you want to know what the Clintons believe in collusion with the UN, here is a synopsis:

• The redistribution of human and financial resources (through migration, a global economy and a global welfare system).
• A uniform worldwide education system that would standardize both social "learning" and work skills everywhere.
• Control of the mainstream media and other propaganda channels. Professor Carrol Quigley wrote in Tragedy and Hope,

"There grew up in the 20th century a power structure between London and New York which penetrated deeply into university life, the press, and the practice of foreign policy. By the way, there is a "visionary" named Zelda who holds a spot at the Cleveland County Fair, if you'd like to have her give you "visions."  (Took that joke from a dear friend of mine...thought you would like it. He actually told one of our County Commissioners he'd buy him a ticket to go see Zelda if he wanted "visions!!"....don't you love it???)

In New York this week....with the UN...Bill Clinton and world leaders planning your life and mine.  Constitution?  What Constitution?

I love America.  These are tragic days to witness.  To think anyone, let alone Mitt Romney, in this country would praise the twisted, sick minds of the Clintons is enough to send us all to Zelda for help.  Instead, I pray to God for help to defeat His enemies and our nation's enemies.

HITTING THE ACCELERATOR - OBAMA SIGNS ANOTHER EXECUTIVE ORDER

As the nation was trying to get a handle on the Republican ticket, Obama signed yet another executive order to choke off your energy use.  Last Thursday, as Romney and Ryan were accepting the nomination of the Republican Party, Barack Obama did it again.  The guy can't help it.  He is a relentless obsessive / compulsive destroyer...you have to give him credit for that.

The order, which aims to increase the number of cogeneration plants in the U.S. by 50 percent by 2020 and slash carbon emissions by 150 million tons per year, is the administration’s latest effort to “deploy cleaner and more efficient energy production in the country by working around political resistance to climate change and ‘green’ energy legislation on Capitol Hill,” Reuters reports.

Notice the words, "working around political resistance to climate change and green energy."  C'mon, folks.  How long does it take to figure out what these jerks are doing to us?  Political resistance?  I wish we had "political resistance."  Where is that?  I don't see people standing up to this imperial tyrant.  Do you?  Congress?  What Congress?  Do we even have that anymore?   

No one with half a brain believes the climate change lies anymore.  And everyone with half a brain knows "green energy" is a bank busting failure and not worth one taxpayer penny spent for wind or solar. And yet we see press release after press release that our nation is borrowing more money for "green energy."  Political resistance? Where is it?    

And as Bill Clinton takes the stage tonight at the DNC, I am reminded of the executive order he signed creating the "President's Council on Sustainable Development."  To be honest, the public was out of the loop on that one.  Who knew?  Well, now we do know and we don't want that either, thank you very much.  How much damage can these guys do with executive orders?  Billions?  Try Trillions!  

Yep, 20,000 people crowding into the Bobcat Arena in Charlotte tonight to watch the Clinton buffoon pat himself on the back, all the while his nice little executive order still picks the pockets of every American for a lying boondoggle of an unconstitutional scam. The Clinton buffoon will slightly nod to the O racketeer who doubled down on the "President's Council on Sustainable Development" by creating another executive order establishing a partnership between HUD, DOT, and the EPA called "Sustainable Communities Initiative."  Two peas in a pod, these two shysters.  Soaking you and smiling to the crowds at the same time.

Adding icing to the moronic cake, the Democrat National Platform includes this lovely tribute to "Environmental Justice."  Breitbart reports:

“We know that global climate change is one of the biggest threats of this generation – an economic, environmental, and national security catastrophe in the making,” the platform reads. “We affirm the science of climate change, commit to significantly reducing the pollution that causes climate change, and know we have to meet this challenge by driving smart policies that lead to greater growth in clean energy generation and result in a range of economic and social benefits.”

According to the platform, climate change also disproportionately impacts the poor and thus more commitments to “environmental justice” are needed.

Political resistance?  Bring it on.  I haven't seen it yet.

7 STEPS = THE FORMULA FOR THE DESTRUCTION OF AMERICA

After the Robert's decision and after all we have seen over the last decade, you have to realize the U.S. Constitution is being shredded and / or ignored completely.  So realize it.  Take it in.  Breathe deeply, close your eyes, and just take it all in. 

My explanation may be simplistic, but the formula is rather simple at it's core.  Most of my readers can see this, but I am going through this exercise for the sake of a few naive people I know who can't figure this out.  It struck me today to try to articulate this as simply as I can, maybe for my own digestion, but also for someone who may be unable to see how America has been lost.  (At least for now and maybe forever.)

First, think about necessities, i.e. currency, housing, natural resources, transportation, energy, education, health care, and food.  Imagine you want control over all of those necessities in order to control the population.  (No, don't give me that look, like who would want to do that?  Or why would anyone want to do that?  We know who and we know why...so don't even go there.)

Step #1. Create the crisis. Now think about what you would do to command control of all of those sectors.  Each one of the sectors I mention is publicized as being in crisis mode or under shortages.  You know the drill.  "We're running out of energy sources."  "We're running out of natural resources."  "Too many people don't have access to health care."  "Education is failing our students." "We have food deserts."  (Conversely, "we have an obesity epidemic.")  "Banks are evil because people can't get loans."  Conversely, "Money disappearing into the coffers of highly paid executives."...or, "Money is just disappearing a la AIG and J.P. Morgan.")  "Cars are killing the planet."  "Humans and domestic animals create evil greenhouse gases."  "Americans are too wealthy and use up too many resources."  While you are at this, destroy the infrastructure, divert transportation money away from roads and bridges, blow up dams, monitor and restrict farming, etc.

Step #2. Use government power to "fix the crisis."  In your mind, go back to Jimmy Carter.  What did he do?  Crises.  In his case it was the energy (gasoline) crisis, housing and banking.  (Housing was not a crisis, but he hit two birds with one stone on that one because he went after the banks on home loans, creating the Community Reinvestment Act, thereby regulating the banks.  Strangling the banks, more like it.  Forcing them to loan to areas which notoriously were high risk areas.

Now let's go to Bill Clinton.  He doubled down on the banks and housing regulations by putting the CRA on steroids.  Not done, he then created the President's Council on Sustainable Development which hits ALL of the sectors on the pretense of a fictional global environmental crises.  He also refused to go after Bin Laden, but oh well.

Move right along to Bush.  Voilá!  911. A security crisis.  Create the Patriot Act and Homeland Security (HSA).  Warrantless wiretaps.  Airport scanners.  Drones over American land.

All through these years you have the open border policy allowing millions of illegal immigrants into the country.  Voilá!  Another crisis.  More regulations forcing Americans to pay for the illegals. 

All through these years you demand public education curriculum which supports your ideology.  Rewrite history and refuse to teach the tenets of liberty.

Spend until the nation has more debt than the GDP.  Outspend productivity. 

Step #3. Make it global.  Forget the United States as a sovereign nation and wind all of the problems into the global picture.  Both literally and figuratively, make Americans pay the price for global problems that American citizens did not create, but some American government policies did.  Tie us into the IMF so we are on the hook for the EU crisis.  Invest public retirement funds in global markets through the World Bank.  Treaties with the UN that redistribute our sovereign wealth.  Create Free Trade Agreements and Free Trade Zones within our sovereign borders.  Tie us all together in neat little Gordian knots made of your Socialist utopian threads from which we cannot escape.

Step #4.  Use the media (buy the media) to propagate the lies and ridicule anyone who doesn't buy into the lies.  Redefine everything.  Regulate speech (making speech a hate crime) and control internet communications (in process now). Dumb the culture down.  Appoint global progressives or sycophants to the Supreme Court.  Hand power to your fellow travelers in all government agencies.

Step #5.  Hire millions more government employees to handle all of the new regulations.  Use the power of regulations to shut down private sector businesses and / or collude with the larger (too big to fail) industries.  Bailout the 'too big to fail' sectors. Raise taxes to pay for all of this.  Use tax policies to reward or punish citizens.

Step #6.  You are almost done now.  Next, you just start using executive orders. Corrupt the Justice Department.  Corrupt the military mission from defense of the nation to social causes.   Forget the people's House.  Go around Congress.  Make sure the Federal Reserve keeps interest rates at zero.  Print more money to cause inflation.  Corrupt the currency and the banking sector. 

Step #7.  Gloat.  Manage the crises you created while pretending you are solving them.  Manage the perpetual wars.  Vacation in Hawaii and New England.  Play golf.  Party on, Dudes!!!  Your mission is accomplished.  Retire on our dimes.  Build monuments to yourselves.  Your children inherit your lies and wealth, while our children inherit your crises and debts. 

I'm sure I've left some things out here and there.  But that's the crux of the situation.  Did you like being American?  I did.  Did they ask us if we wanted to be global Socialists?  And if they did, did you even understand what that means?  And if you did understand what that means, why did you vote for it?

WHO ARE THE REAL "DENIERS?"

 In the name of Sustainable Development, will people ever wake up????

I can't grab the photos from this particular page, but please go here and see what proponents of Sustainable Development have in mind for housing in France.  You'll notice all of the usual alluring descriptions about energy efficiency and green certification.  Since this is in France, it made me wonder if this is the new definition for La Cage Au Folles!   

But I digress....

The people who deny the existence of Agenda 21, or ridicule those who are warning our fellow citizens, should do some serious research. The document "Agenda 21" is published for all to see and easily found on the web. Bill Clinton's "President's Council on Sustainable Development," which began bringing the tenets of Agenda 21 into the U.S. through Federal agencies and funding, is easily found on the web. Obama's White House Rural Council is easily found on the web. The wording of all of these is deliberately alluring and utopian, however, when you understand what this government dependency brings, you can easily see these plans have nothing to do with your freedoms or rights. Agenda 21 is complete dependency in trade for loss of freedoms and rights. Once familiar with the doctrine of Agenda 21 / Sustainable Development / Smart Growth, all those curious enough can find the exact same doctrine in our State agencies, Counties and Cities. 

The real question is, how can anyone deny the existence of Agenda 21 when the facts are staring you right in the face? The real question is, why have our leaders sold out the U.S. Constitution and implemented a doctrine that completely undermines our sovereignty, our rights, our freedoms, and our economic security? The real question is, how many unelected agencies and bureaucrats are dangling borrowed taxpayer funding in front of our councils and commissions to bribe them into implementing this doctrine? Without a ratified treaty, our leadership has bypassed Congress and proceeded to economically rape this country in order to satisfy the power-mad on the global stage. Once economically broken, once resources are out of the hands of citizens, once herded into mega-regions into high density enclaves, our American sovereignty is gone. Global Marxism has been marching right into our lives, without our permission, through our own government, for years now...under obfuscated idyllic names meant to entice the unsuspecting. 

So this is all bunk and people are crazy? When the utility company puts that Smart Meter on your house and charges you higher rates to monitor all of your energy use in real time, maybe you'll begin to ask those questions. But that would be too late, now wouldn't it? 

What is crazy is denying reality.

WHEN IS A CONSPIRACY NOT A THEORY

It has been a very busy time here due to council meetings, commissioner meetings, Tea Party meetings, writing, countless emails and messages to answer. Not having a secretary, cook, or a maid service, leaves me very strapped. I'm going to say, too, that my art career has been taking a back seat for far too long now because of the political climate. Something has to give....

Below is an op-ed I have just submitted to our local paper on the heels of our Gaston Co. Commissioners passing a resolution condemning Agenda 21 / Sustainable Development / Smart Growth. And on the heels of a recent article in that newspaper trying to drum up controversy by referring to Agenda 21 as a conspiracy theory. I have tried to write my best shot to educate the public with this brief article. The Gazette only allows 700 words for an op-ed.

Our Gaston County Commissioners have done something very good for which we should all be thanking them. They recently voted unanimously to adopt a resolution rejecting Agenda 21 and all of the tenets therein, a United Nations doctrine that has been wrecking the sovereignty of the United States for years. The Republican National Committee this month finally decided Agenda 21 has become so damaging to our nation that they adopted a resolution to condemn the doctrine as part of their platform for the 2012 election. This is late in the day, but maybe now America will realize the seriousness of the internal threat Agenda 21 has become.

Agenda 21 has been referred to as a “Conspiracy Theory” in this newspaper. And there are many Americans who don’t have an understanding of what Agenda 21 is, or why it even matters. The Agenda 21 plan is readily accessible at the UN website for all to read; 40 Chapters of micromanagement for every square inch of the planet. There is a good reason Agenda 21 is not widely understood by Americans. Our government has deliberately been implementing it under other names for twenty years and obfuscating the true intent of the doctrine.

Agenda 21 was first presented as a treaty in Rio in 1991. Pres. George H. Bush signed it. Part of the treaty, a “Biodiversity Treaty,” was presented to our Congress, but thankfully rejected. Not discouraged by a little thing like our representative government, Pres. Bill Clinton cleverly signed an executive order implementing all of Agenda 21, but used one of the major chapter titles, creating the “President’s Council on Sustainable Development.” This action bypassed every check against executive authority when implementing treaties. A President does not have the authority to implement a treaty without ratification by our Senate. Further, actions of the treaty cannot be funded without approval from the House of Representatives. Instead, Clinton’s executive order has been funded by every executive agency in our federal government without the approval of the American people. Pres. Obama has accelerated the spending for Agenda 21 and created by executive order the “White House Rural Council” on the same principles to control all rural areas of the country.

While you have been wondering what on earth is wrong with our government at all levels, as planners and leaders have been forcing stringent regulations upon us, the federal government has been borrowing tax money from you to completely control every aspect of your life based on this invalid treaty. “Comprehensive” doesn’t begin to describe the sum total of this insidious plan. Agenda 21 controls what you eat, how you move about, where and how you live, the amount of water and energy you use, and more. (The light bulb ban is one tiny example this.) And just to make this more illegal, the funding is coming through unelected entities such as regional governance groups, NGO’s, and non-profits. Media and government agencies have created mass hysteria over bogus claims of “human caused climate change” in order to make you think this control of your life is necessary to save the planet. You have been witnessing this every day for years now. Have you wondered why?

So is this a “Conspiracy Theory?” Or is this fact? You can find the facts easily by searching the UN website on Agenda 21, or search these words and phrases: Sustainable Development, Smart Growth USA, ICLEI, regional governance, Growing Smart Legislative Handbook, EPA PAYT, NRPE, et al. After 20 years of usurpation of our taxes and laws, Agenda 21 is now entrenched in every institution in the country, frankly, like a cancer. It is going to take a major effort to recognize it and un-fund it at every level of government. This is why we must have leadership who reject this and return the U.S. to our Constitutional representative government.

Our elected officials are our last line of defense against this. If they don’t understand what it is, they don’t know how to fight it. This is why our Gaston County Commissioners should be thanked and congratulated. They did what this entire country is needing to do; reject and condemn Agenda 21, AKA Sustainable Development, AKA Smart Growth, ICLEI, and every manifestation of it that exists in our nation. Thank you Gaston County Commissioners!

HORIZONTAL GOVERNANCE - THE KEY TO VOTER APATHY

A hundred years ago the structure of government in America was a vertical structure. Actually, from the founding and the Constitution, the structure of American government was vertical, i.e "of the people, for the people, by the people." Picture in your mind a pyramid, wide at the bottom representing the people and narrowing to the top where leadership exists. Each section from the bottom to the top of the pyramid is a representation of the voter's decisions to elect representatives. Each section rests on the massive will of the people at the bottom. The voter's were key to this pyramid, the base structure holding all of the rest of the sections securely. Without the base structure at the bottom, the top has nothing to keep it in place. Eliminate the base and there is no higher structure.

As we know from Egypt, pyramids are strong structures. They last a long time and the bases of them are meant to hold the higher levels. That is the essence of the vertical American representative government structure. The people hold the power to support representative leadership.

But let's say you like the power of leadership, but you don't like the people holding that vertical structure up. Let's say you and your friends want power, but you don't want to go through the efforts to convince the people to hold you up. You want the people's money, but you don't want their input into the decision making process. What do you do?

You figure out some way to do what you want without the base support of the people. If the people don't want what you are selling, they will tell you to go fly a kite. So the base of the pyramid is not your friend at this point. Then, you create a sideways avenue to get your way. You set up a horizontal path outside of the vertical arrangement. You use executive powers to mandate the creation of the horizontal path. You set up regulatory agencies filled with appointees who have no connection to the pyramid, but are in your ideological back pocket.

The poster child for this is sitting in the White House right now. Executive orders which turn power over to regulating agencies who are not elected by the people and are not accountable to the people, that is the hallmark of the current President. Not alone in this, many have done this before him.

Here is how it works: First you create, by executive order, unelected agencies to regulate activities of the people. You order these unelected agencies to implement your desires, whatever they may be. Then you turn to the one institution left in the hands of the people, congress (actually the House of Representatives), and you demand money for your desired agencies operating expenses. If they refuse, you call them names, smear them in the media, say the are stubborn obstacles to 'progress,' and generally throw a hissy fit. You create a propaganda machine to villify your opposition, be it the people or their representatives. You command the unelected agencies to continue on their march to obey your orders, in spite of the people's objections. You try to establish that your executive orders trump all else in the land.

Welcome to horizontal government. Sideways instead of vertical. So simple a caveman could understand it. So unconstitutional any American can understand the insults of it. Yet agencies of horizontal government have been set up at least since FDR. (Maybe before that, but I haven't researched it.) Each time a horizontal agency has been set up, the people have suffered the consequences. I could start naming them, but here are a few: Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, Fannie and Freddie, FDA, USDA, HUD, DOT, EPA, PCSD, NEA (both of them, education and arts) Obamacare, and now the WHRC (White House Rural Council by BHObama), and so many more. The creation of these agencies was not approved by the voting public. In fact, the creation was never on a referendum ballot for the public to approve or not. Granted, the people's representatives acquiesced to the executive branch in these matters. That in itself is a travesty of abuse of powers. But once created, no one seems to listen to the people's requests to eliminate the horizontal existence of these agencies. Beyond that, these agencies have so grossly usurped States rights, that the power of the people over their tax monies is now just a relic of the nostalgic past.

The executive branch was never to hold this kind of power. And the representative legislative branch was supposed to be the check and balance against that kind of power. Failing that, the judicial branch was supposed to hold back any assaults on the Constitution. But the executive branch figured out how to bribe the legislative branch. And the executive branch has the keys to Supreme Court appointees...with the approval of the legislative branch who is now being bribed by the executive branch. When it comes down to it, vertical government has been subverted by corruption at all levels at this juncture in time.

So, no wonder voters are skeptical, discouraged, and percentages of them tune out and don't show up. NO WONDER. What is the point if the game is rigged? We were not supposed to be in this position. We, the voters, were supposed to be the deciding base of that vertical pyramid. Now we, the voters, are stuck trying to figure out how to get rid of the horizontal governance that is replacing our vertical government, dropped like a spider's web all over us. The candidates we are seeking are the ones who will take that web of horizontal government off of us. Me, included.

Notes added:
1. On top of this, add voters who do not even understand the difference between democracy and a republic, the difference between vertical and horizontal governance, and the difference between the Constitution vs. Socialism. This allows the horizontal web to continue as voters who don't know these concepts are just voting for favortism from the agencies in the horizontal revenue stream. And then if they don't get that favortism, as the Black Caucus is yelling about this past week, they start screaming, "Foul." Those who follow this line of thinking are clueless and have no business voting in the first place.

2. If someone asks you to join an unelected bureaucratic board of governance, please tell them to stuff it somewhere unmentionable and that you do not believe in horizontal boards going around the will of the people. Please.

YOUR CHURCH AND ENVIRONMENTAL JUSTICE?

And what exactly is Environmental Justice, please do tell us?

The United States Environmental Protection Agency defines EJ as follows:

"Environmental Justice is the fair treatment and meaningful involvement of all people regardless of race, color, national origin, or income with respect to the development, implementation, and enforcement of environmental laws, regulations, and policies. EPA has this goal for all communities and persons across this Nation. It will be achieved when everyone enjoys the same degree of protection from environmental and health hazards and equal access to the decision-making process to have a healthy environment in which to live, learn, and work."^[5]

The United States Department of Transportation defines three fundamental EJ principles for the Federal Highway Administration and the Federal Transit Administration as follows:

"1) To avoid, minimize, or mitigate disproportionately high and adverse human health and environmental effects, including social and economic effects, on minority populations and low-income populations. 2) To ensure the full and fair participation by all potentially affected communities in the transportation decision-making process. 3) To prevent the denial of, reduction in, or significant delay in the receipt of benefits by minority and low-income populations."^[6]

Suddenly we have government agencies redefining the guarantees already given in our Constitution. The EPA and DOT have weighed in with their versions. A funny thing though, our Constitution already gives citizens of the U.S. equal protection, so why are these agencies defining something called Environmental Justice? Why don't we have "Clothing Justice?" Well then, why don't we have "Food Justice?" Oh, wait, they are working on those, too. But I digress.

So as I was researching some other unrelated topic the other day, up popped a site called National Religious Partnerships for the Environment Seems Environmental Justice is now something our religious organizations have joined. Hmmm...that's funny, because Environmentalism is already a religion.

As I looked further into this phenom, I found out that this has been inching its way into American religious life for some years now. Interestingly enough, the founding of this organization coincides with the UN doctrine of Agenda 21. It appears to have cropped up just the same year that Bill Clinton established the "President's Council on Sustainable Development. Isn't that a coincidence? Seems churches have figured out a way to glom onto the most trendy fashion of the day which requires Sustainability according to the UN's Agenda 21, Bill Clinton, Al Gore, the Obama administration, the Sierra Club, Smart Growth, the American Planning Association, the EPA, DOT, HUD, multiple government agencies, and countless other non-profit and for-profit groups, ad infinitum.

So what's my problem, you might ask. Two problems, actually.

The first is the confluence of the church with political exploitation. I was raised a Methodist and have also been a member of the Presbyterian Church at one time. During my Christian education I was not taught to trash the earth, but in the contrary, to respect the God's creations and do my best to take care of them. I was also taught these lessons from my parents. In all of my life it never occurs to me to do anything but respect nature. If I kill a copperhead, I am doing it with all due respect to the damage it can do to me and my family. If I shelter an injured bird or usher a box turtle across the road, I do it because I respect nature and appreciate what is good. If I pull a weed I am trying to protect the useful plants that weed would choke to death.

The churches I attended were concerned about getting across the word of God, not the word of the UN or the Sierra Club. Now, apparently, the word of God is not enough. The churches have decided they will use the environmentalists to interpret the word of God into a political message. And vice versa. Environmentalists are using the churches to advocate a political theology. And this political theology is not the word of God, but a modern usurpation of the word of God to suit a political agenda.

The second is the idea of turning religion into a control mechanism for our government. Which may seem a conundrum because I do believe our laws are based on Mosaic law and that is fine with me. And further, I am completely against putting Sharia law into our society. So how do I resolve that? Here's how: free will. There is nothing about Sustainable Development that allows for free will. There is nothing about environmental justice that actually works under the word of God which gives us free will. Why? Because environmental justice is about theft and about control. It is, as B. Obama says, "spreading the wealth around," albeit by government fiat. It is about Marxism under the trendy name of environmental justice. This is, as I understand the word of God, the antithesis of free will and individual salvation.

I would also add that the word "justice" heretofore in America referred to our actual legal system. Now the word is abominated to mean that churches are involved in acting out "justice," along with the EPA, DOT, HUD, and all the above mentioned depts. and orgs. So everyone involved is thinking they are implementing "justice?" Doesn't that just massage the egos of people who wish to control other people. (rhetorical statement, not a question.) Excuse me? (Suddenly I am reminded of an old Laugh In routine by Sammy Davis Jr. called, "Here come da judge!") Ooh, aren't we all so sanctimonious these days?

HERE you will find a list of churches under the heading of ECO Justice Partners Maybe you'll find your church affiliation there. If so, what does that say about the church you attend? Is environmental justice your reason for going to that church? Is Sustainable Development your idea of the word of God? I wonder if you might ask yourself just where is your tithe going and did you mean for your church to be a tool of the UN, the Federal government, or what? I'll bet lots of you are the ones who yell and holler about the separation of church and state.

MAYORS OF THE WORLD UNITE?

Well, I bet you thought that when you elect a mayor of your city, that mayor would be responsible to the voters in your city. That's what I thought until fiats and directives by our mayor popped up out of nowhere and have nothing to do with our local citizens' desires for our city. I wonder if this is your observation as well.

The red flag for me was a recent eminent domain taking from our mayor who took someone's property for a greenway. That was the proverbial 2X4 hitting me in the head. I wondered where in the world does this mayor think she gets that kind of authority. What would make a mayor think that people want their property taken for something so inconsequential as a greenway? To be honest, this type of over-reaching has been going on for a long time in our city. And it hasn't just been eminent domain. It has been misuse of city monies, meddling in private businesses, top down controls of what should be simple capitalism / commerce, and countless awards ceremonies for really stupid things that should have nothing to do with the purpose of reasonable government. Usually the excuses are Smart Growth, Sustainable Business Practices, Environmental issues, Livable Communities, Walkable Communities, e.g. There has never been a referendum on any of these things. No formal approval by the voters. My reaction has been one of disbelief to denial. For a long time I've thought something was radically wrong with this mayor and these policies, but I could not figure out why she thought she could run roughshod over our citizens by redistributing our tax money to force businesses to cooperate with the global warming dictates.

So I went digging. And found that mayors belong to a club. It is not a nice club. It is a club with connections and partnerships you and I don't want. I stumbled upon the U.S. Conference of Mayors The U.S. Conference of Mayors is a policy making and lobbying organization. USCM has been working against the will of the people for a long time. More recent developments are cited below:

Here is a paragraph on the programs and policies. And no, I do not believe the USCM should be telling our local mayors how to implement federal policies within the states or our cities. What happened to Federalism? What happened to local autonomy? Where did your vote go??

So, while we know that "global warming" is a lie and there is no need for a "Climate Protection"treaty, and we know that our Congress never ratified any of the UN treaties to that end, our mayors have been working to implement Al Gore's big lie. But if you want to be a big shot in the world of mayors, and if you want to receive federal grants, you don't care what your local voters / citizens want. What do we get? "Energy-efficiency projects" the top priority? In short, if your mayor wants money from the feds and awards from USCM, your mayor will do what the USCM wants your mayor to do, which is cut your energy usage down to zip to ostensibly save the planet when the planet does not need saving??

Next time you see your mayor strutting around and getting awards for all those grants received by the feds, you might want to ask how much of your individual liberty your mayor just sold down the river for those awards and grants. When the "Smart Grid" arrives at your house so you may not adjust your own thermostat, what is your recourse? You have none. But you can open the newspaper and see pictures of your mayor with a crown on his or her head for being such a good friend to Al Gore and Bill Clinton?

"STAKEHOLDERS" - THE NEW SYSTEM

Today's buzzword is "STAKEHOLDER." You are hearing this word in comprehensive planning from your local leadership all the way up to the federal government. So who are these "STAKEHOLDERS?"

Hmmmm... I think we can eliminate the #1 definition here because the subject I address is not Poker. But how about #2 and #3? #3 is not quite it because it refers to legal ownership. So, #2 it is. #2 defines who fits into schemes being presented by government officials who are "transforming" the nature of our Republic.

But lets' say you are just Joe Citizen and you see that "STAKEHOLDERS" are now on consulting boards who are making decisions on how your city is run. Excuse me? Joe Citizen used to be THE STAKEHOLDER in this process. It was Joe Citizen who elected persons to run his city. The persons elected were the decision makers. Now we find out that elected officials are conferring with "STAKEHOLDERS" to decide on all of the issues facing his city. Who are the STAKEHOLDERS?

Hint: If you don't like Facism and if you don't like crony capitalism, you are not going to like "STAKEHOLDER" government.

STAKEHOLDERS are the wealthy, influential leaders of corporate, business, and non-profit organizations in the community. So if Joe Citizen is not wealthy or influential by his association with one of those groups...well, Joe Citizen is no longer a STAKEHOLDER in his community. And because the STAKEHOLDERS are chosen by government officials to sit on the decision making boards, who do you think government officials are going to appoint? It isn't very likely that the government officials are going to appoint small government conservatives because government officials like big government and control. In fact, small government conservatives would not disenfranchise Joe Citizen by STAKEHOLDER COUNCILS anyway. (just google the words "stakeholder council in yourtown USA," and you will see what I mean.) So it is the Progressive Democrat / Republican politician who buys into this set up. As if Joe Citizen doesn't exist, he is out of the loop, out of the sphere of influence, and S___ out of luck.

The more public / private government deals with STAKEHOLDER COUNCILS arranged by politicians, the more Facist our government becomes and the less our citizens have to say about how our tax money is spent.

The Founders made every citizen a STAKEHOLDER in our government. The Socialists and Fascists on both the left and the right have removed the citizen from the process. So when you see the word STAKEHOLDER(s) in plans and articles about plans for your local government, remember you are not included. Our government is no longer supposed to be about you, Joe Citizen. Now it's supposed to be about who has the most money and influence in your community.

Oh, you say, that's the way it has always been anyway, so what's new under the sun? Well, not quite. Yes, wealth and position have always had influence. I don't deny it. But the voter was the trump card against that influence, preventing the steam-roller effect from running over the Joe Citizens of the country. Now we have a system in place that never makes it to the ballot box, but just implements policies based on STAKEHOLDER COUNCILS, the voter be damned.

What to do to stop this? Find candidates who understand the process has been corrupted and who will no longer rule by fiat on the basis of STAKEHOLDERS. Simple solution....not so simple to do. But if we don't stop this, the spiral of out of control government continues until our country is simply unrecognizable. It's almost there already....so get busy out there.

TICKING TIME BOMB PRESIDENTS

What good are Presidents? Not much, if you ask me. From both Roosevelts to Wilson to Johnson to Nixon to Carter to Bush to Clinton to Bush to Obama...I've decided modern, corrupt, and Progressive Presidents are time bomb creators.

What made me think of this is Carter and the Community Reinvestment Act, the time bomb that set off a chain reaction, through decades of toxic loans and bad bank regulations, until....Wham, the 2008 banking crisis hits and our economy implodes. Supposed saviours step in to save the day with fiat money and big government handouts taking us further into the sewer of inflation and debt. One President set off that lethal time bomb and some thirty years later the entire country is in debt up to its eyeballs with little hope of ever getting past it. The sad fact is that the CRA, like Obama's Health Care Bill, is an un-Constitutional redistribution (stealing) of other people's money.

Bill Clinton set off his time bomb in 1992. His is called "The President's Council on Sustainable Development." (This one is based on the first Bush's signing into the United Nations Agenda 21 Treaty which our congress never ratified.) Cute sounding name for destruction of private property rights, redistributing populations, and forcing regulations on energy, property, water, land, minerals, roads, and just about anything else that breathes or moves....or exists. We are nearly 20 years after that time bomb was detonated and now we are seeing the drastic devastation it is causing to every area of the country. In spite of the 14 trillion dollars of debt we are facing, the grant and subsidy money just keeps flowing out of the federal government in order to herd people into certain areas and regulate every breath taken.

Then comes President Bush the second. He had five of them. First the Patriot Act, then came Homeland Security, then the Prescription Drug Bill, open borders with no security, and last but not least, the No Child Left Behind Act. You can throw in Iraq and Afghanistan, since we are still there for the foreseeable future. Now that the middle east is exploding, I can't see us pulling out of there any time soon. So far we are rid of none of these huge problems and programs.

Well, we can go back to FDR with Social Security. Wikipedia Since 1938 we've had the un-Constitutional, ponzi scheme, time bomb of Social Security ticking away, always threatening to explode, go broke, and break further the treasury of America.

We can't leave out Nixon who bombed the gold reserve standard out of existence...and we are still paying the price for having printed dollars worth less by the minute. (Not to mention kissing up to the Chinese with a trade debacle that is now killing us.)

Oh, and there was Johnson with the war on poverty (read welfare state) and Medicare and Medicaid. Now there are some mean bombs...still ticking, still doing lots of economic damage, and still exploding away, day after day.

I guess I should bring up Reagan's war on drugs. That hasn't worked out too well either, over forty years later. Still tick, tick, ticking away, costing us money and not doing a whole lot of good considering Mexican drug traffickers are pouring the stuff over the border by the ton.

I am not a Presidential historian and at the moment I can't dredge up Eisenhour's and Kennedy's big bombs...although I do remember the Cuban Missile Crisis and the bimbo, Monroe, singing Happy Birthday. Eisenhour escapes me except for some rumor about a mistress, the military industrial complex, the interstate highway system (which is a good bomb), and the fact that he was a hero General in the big war.

Now we have Obama with his role in instigating the middle east to go up in flames, losing any ally we had there, and making chummy with the Muslim Brotherhood crowd. How long is that time bomb going to go on......don't ask. We can only imagine. There is the Health Care Bill, the take over of the car companies, the refusal to allow us to drill for oil, his thumbs on and in the banking industry, the disgusting fascism with GE, the justice department that doesn't even know what justice is, two supreme court communist appointments, the continuation of Clinton's PCSD and Carter's CRA, a few dozen Czars who rule the country by fiat, tick, tick, tick.

So here it is, 2011, and we are scouring the countryside for who will be the next great President. Iowa is starting to heat up with fund-raisers and speeches. Bloggers and news media speculate and circulate bits and pieces of who is throwing in the towel and who is throwing their hat into the ring.

At this point, I am not happy becoming a cynic and being jaded over electing a next President. After all, I cannot wait to rid the scourge of a Communist who now occupies the White House. But, today, I decided to look back over these many years of Presidents and ask myself, "What good are they?" For crying out loud, they've all been domestic terrorists, time bombing the country with damage greater than any human being would have thought possible. They set off these horrific, destructive, nation killing programs and policies, and then they walk off into the billionaires club with kudos and security blankets for which we are paying them for life.

There has to be someone better out there. Please let there be someone who knows how to dismantle bombs. We definitely need a munitions expert who can clip the wires off of these things. Fast!
